We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was amazing the food was excellent, was lots of delicious and different kind of food, dessert and fresh fruit as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Manager Stefanos was always very friendly,polite and helpful with everyone. Is a big thank you from us to him!!!

IsraelRoom: We paid a loy extra for view on the sea - But the view was great. Bed is too hard!!! No soft pillows!!! No Bath... Facilities - You have no shops close to the beach and you need to buy all (food and drinks) at the hotel at MAX prices... The SPA is not include... :(
Beach: Probably the best thing in this hotel. Private beach, free only for gest hotel. View, sand and sun 1 min from your room. Breakfast is great. Buffet with fresh products. Great! Room is renew, nice, clean, modern and comfortable.

Turkey15€/day for parking your car. Never heard of it in my life. Coctails were abit flat. They were using fine liquors but alcohol balance was not right. Location has two major problems. 1 hotel was next to a public beach, so it becomes impossible to reach hotel because of the cars around. 2. till 2 AM, Bars/Restaurans are playing loud music, and sound insulation of the rooms are poor. The pool is almost dirty.
Breakfast was fine, food quality was above avarage. Nice beach with fine grain sand.

Serbia- parking was either in the hotel lot, in the full sun with no shade, or on a hill road with a lot of traffic. -> I would suggest free of charge space for guests to fix this issue - none of the five nights we were there was the floor in our room sweeped of sand. I wouldn’t mention this if it wasn’t a five star hotel. -> I would suggest at least sweeping floors with a broom to get the sand from the floor - three of the five nights, at around 17h, there was smoke in the air as something was being burned and it wasn’t wood. More like plastic or some synthetic. Not sure why that was, but we were forced to close the windows at those periods. This was also very unpleasant if we were by the pool at that time. -> Not sure what to do about this one, find out what is causing this first if you don’t already know. But its very unpleasant.

AustriaThe access to the beach from the hotel property was not adapted for strollers. There was only the public ramp, for which you had to leave the hotel premises. Also there was no ramp from the restaurant/breakfast part to the terrace, you had to go around from the hotel entrance or carry it down the stairs.
It was located directly at the beach. The staff and the hotel itself was very child friendly, helping and always there for you. The rooms were cleaned every day and in general the hotel was very comfortable. The beach was clean and beautiful. The pool was in perfect condition.
