More towels needed at the beach so that guests do not need to wait for towels half an hour.

Although this COULD be ignored and it will be compensated with the greatness of this place and everything it has to offer i really was dissatisfied with how the staff (not all staff of course) handles their responsibilities. We came without reservation (2 families with babies) and when we got to the gate we had to wait for 20 min for them to even let us inside.. it was very hot and the kids were nervous because we had a long drive . When we got to the reception same thing, the hotel was getting full and although there were free rooms one of the ladies working there (Snezana) kept ignoring and even being rude to us like we came to ask for merci and not pay 600€+ per night .. we waited 3 hours for the room to get ready after that so we checked in after 18:00 its not hard for me to say that if we weren't with kids i would leave the place right away.. Then the cleaning.. once every 3 days with us asking for it .. the balcony got so dirty since it needed to be jogged it seemed like they were expecting a tip to keep cleaning 🤷.. I will say again i will still give this place 10/10 and would gladly come back in future, but this MUST be improved in future cuz not everyone is that tolerant. In general still a great vacation

Everything about the place is well thought off and we enjoyed it a lot. Perfect pools and bar a pretty good beach infront of the hotel and the tennis and basketball outside courts came handy since u could do some outside workouts. We stayed in the pavilion with private pool and the views were amazing I couldn't get enough of it. I loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms it was really a perfect stay. The food for breakfast was okay i cant say that i havent tried better 5star hotel breakfast. I can easily say u cant get much better for a family vacation.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. We even got a free upgrade of the room, thanks to the receptionist Dimitra- very lovely lady. Also, the hotel manager was very helpful and professional.It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Breakfast could be better. There are no marked names of foods, as well as a clearly communicated and separate section for vegetarians, food for babies, etc.The spa can be used for a charge.

The hotel is new, very spacious beach, well maintained area around the premises. Green grass, olive trees, where you can put a sunbed. Very well planned hotel, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. A lot of areas, where you can sit, have a drink or rest and read a book. Many diffrent areas with sunbathing options. Very well positioned main restauarant with magnificient view over the sea. Fully functional lobby bar. Quality materials around and in the premisses. I have been in many hotels on Halkikidiki, a can responsibly say - this one of the best ones! Different sunbed options as well and very fast and polite service at the beach. The hotel has and offers everything you need for a good vacation. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next year. I almost forgot - the hotel is on one of the best beaches on Halkidiki.

Hope to pay more atention to small details such as: -no vacuum cleaning in rooms -the beach is dirty -food at pool bar is very bad -glass parapets on terasa are dirty(from birds) -quality of fruits was not as for 5 stars. Hope to be better next year

The hotel is new so it is looking very well. Room is fine, very confortable. Breakfast and dinner very good, lot of food for all tastes. Staff is excelent; congratulation. We felt very well at Ammoa, hope to come back.

The cleaning of the hotel was a bit disappointment. The rooms and hotel could be more clean.. I think if they improve the cleaning would be more nice! Also the breakfast was okay but for a 5 star hotel it could be more extensive.

The staff was so kind and helpfull. They were all such nice people! The hotel was very beautifull. Swimmingpool was nice and the beach was amazing. Also very nice location.

Staff service at every point is not matching 5 star expectations, not even close. From reception, house keeping and restaurants service, especially at breakfast. In a rainy day - table tennis is without rockets, table football- no balls...Nothing to do different from the beach and spa..

Staffing levels needs to improve a lot and their interaction with tourists Food and serving area is not at a 5 star level at all Same food almost every day Not enough choices Deserts at a 3 star level Beach can be kept cleaner Cleaning needs to improve (on the stairs leading to the gym area there was a coffee spillage for 8 DAYS , iwas just curious when will be cleaned.I left after 8 DAYS and was still there. Gym needs to completely change.Is too small and not enough equipments.

Amazing location and resort. Additional staff required to help clean tables and keep on top of customer service as took a while to get served at the bars and clean away tables. Would definitely go back
