Found the pool to be overcrowded, and bar staff around the pool not very attentive or friendly.

Nice room, good breakfast, had a gym which i was happy about. Located in the touristy side close to the beach.

Overpriced car rental at the hotel (so rent the car on your own), cocktails not exactly at the top quality (especially next to the pools). SPA area slightly overpriced, which is not a real issue, but the massage quality was quite low, which is worse. Smoking allowed on all terraces and in the closed garden, thanks god there were no smokers around my room.

Superb breakfast with stunning beach views (10th floor), excellent restaurants, hotel mobile app (to book the restaurants and check the menu mainly). Direct access to the beach (tunnel under the road), free beach towels/sunbeds, nice pools (never tried though). All water sport rentals on the beach close by (windy side of the islands, so take that into account). Free parking. Duplex room (with 2 bathrooms) with sea views directly from your bed, really worth the money

Clean, tidy - room cleaned daily to a high standard. Pool area on top floor was lovely with a chilled atmosphere and kept clean & tidy throughout. The buffet breakfast was superb!

Breakfast was busy at times, but the staff had it in hand and always had tables available. No real issue.

We loved everything

The hotel is excellent for a family with babies. There are several pools and also one for babies. The food was good with a large selection of dishes that were also suitable for a child. The hotel is a short drive from the new and old city. The staff was very helpful and nice throughout our stay.

Room on the second floor the walls were a bit thin and you could hear neighbors and people moving chairs upstairs. Breakfast could have been more variety, on Day 7 you are practically tired of the same food. Coffee was not that good at breakfast, as well as at the hotel bars. Cleaning came often in the afternoon for our room at the end of the corridor where it usually interrupted our midday break / sleep.

The Deluxe room was spacious and good designed with sunset view. Nescafé Machine and little treats daily in the room. Breakfast and Dinner vom the 10th floor is a great experience. Lots of different pools and direct access to the beach. Fitness room with all the essentials, although can be crowded at peak times. Beach is wonderful and 5 Minutes walking up the beach is a wonderful beach restaurant and cafe called Valentina's Place. Our Favorite. Excellent Cafe Smoothies, Burgers and Gyros. Staff was very friendly.

The only criticism really was the size of the shower in our room, very compact which made it challenging.

Pool area very nice with plenty of space to accomodate all guests. Very impressed with level of service from all the staff, especially the team working the pool. Very accommodating for an early flight home with coffee and pastries.

Everything was great. Gave some points down, because some facilities in a room was broken, but that can be easily fixed.

Hotel is new and clean, beach towels changed daily, great food and great drinks selection. Staff very friendly. Amazing view from the top. Bed - as comfy as at my own home.

We had the all inclusive experience - all of the meals were wonderful with a great variety. Breakfast was excellent. The private beach is perfect. Very close and clean. The pools are perfect, especially the “adults only” where we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

The location of the pool towels is in the spa which I don’t feel is the best place for this.. There should be a towel station near the pool areas for this.. Wait for taxis was awful (I understand not hotels fault) but was very frustrating as there was no shortage of taxis around

Location and views were amazing.. Room was decorated lovely and very comfortable.. Room cleaned daily. The staff were a pleasure to deal with in particular the staff at the coffee shop.. Handy shop on site too which was very confident with opening hours from 8-11 which was great.. The food was really good from the restaurants pool bar cafe and room Service.. It was over priced for some items though particular for lunch items and coffee..

the basic rooms have a very tiny toilet. not very comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 1 baby. the pool area was nice but was normally hard to find an available sunbed. the beach was nice but there was no drinks service. u dont see staff around to take drinks orders so you have to take it from the pool bar to the beach.

the hotel is modern and has a green area with a waterfall at the reception. nice entrance. the rooms are modern and housekeeping does a good job. we had the all inclusive package and the food was generally tasty and varied.

It was amazing that the property has a variety of facilities restaurants. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool on the 11th floor in comparison to the swimming pool on the ground floor next to the beach. The one at the top is very quiet and lovely and for those who want something more busy There is another swimming pool at the bottom. There were also a variety of restaurants within the complex which was amazing and the buffet food which served for breakfast lunch and dinner was very nice.

I personally didn’t liked smell after cleaning, I’d suggest to use some additional aroma. I wish I had possibility to have lower temperature in the room, in the second part of the day the lowest possible +24 even with closed curtains, during night +22,5. There are a in general plenty of space near the pool but still many people have been booking sundress with towels early in the morning.

Overall great hotel. Pretty big territory, couple pools, underground crosswalk to the beach, sunbeds on the beach, several restaurants and bars, tasty food and reasonable prices, parking on the site, car rental with reasonable prices. Enough of space in rooms, wonderful sea view (I had 8th floor). Groceries and more restaurant near by. Welcome gift from hotel.

The surrounding area is limited with restaurants and bars so you need to consider alternatives if staying at the hotel for a week or more

The proximity to the airport and Rhodes town centre made the location perfect for convenience
