We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaCleaning and hospitality of the employees can be improved. Small things like a soap dispenser or a new shower head would be great. No benefits regarding the beach bar of the location, you have to pay for the sunbed like anyone coming from outside.
The location, it is very close to the beach and silent at night.

RomaniaThe bathroom is to small and you don't have room to put your towel or cosmetic products. You don't have enough space on the kitchinette counter . On the day of arrival we had the surprise that only one room out of 2 booked were available, but in an hour we had also the second room cleaned.
The hotel is new, made with quality materials, it is clean and close to the beach. The family room that we booked had two terraces, one with sea view and one on the back side of the hotel. It was cleand every day and the towels and linens were changed every 2 days. To get to the attic room you have to climb some rather narrow steps, so if you go with small children you need to be careful. Even though we had hot weather, the air conditioning in the rooms coped brilliantly (even if you struggled a bit to turn it on) The hotel has a beach bar with beachchairs and a large offer of cold beverages and food at decent prices.

The accommodation is right next to the seashore, and sunbeds and umbrellas are at your disposal. the sea is warm and clean. the accommodation pleasantly surprised us with its cleanliness and comfort. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. A big greeting from Serbia for the wonderful owners and wonderful staff. see you again.

BulgariaThe sunbeds guard, who also maintenance the garden infront of the hotel, is watering the grass in 5AM and absolutely wakes you up early in the morning if your window is open.
Perfect location and sew view from the rooms! The staff is kind and nice. There is beach bar with free sunbeds if you are guest of the hotel. Not expensive drinks and food.

Great place, just several meters from the beach. The rooms are big enough, with air conditioning, however there are steep stairs. The owners speak English and are very welcoming.

They also have parking in front of the building and beach bar that is around 50m from hotel. Everything you see on the pictures is exactly how it looks like. If there was an option for 11 mark we would give it!!!!

BulgariaThe electricitt system is too complicated - to turn on the AC, you need to put your card, close fully all doors and windows in the apartment, and may take several presses of the remote. Also, my phone charged for 5 hours - using the same phone and charger at home and everywhere else takes me about an hour. There are steep stairs to the second floor, which may be hard to climb for older guests. Last, there is not a proper wardrobe, just a closet with a bar with hangers.
Just a few meters from the sea coast, 5 mins from the city center. Good for families, they have nets against mosquitos, fridge, nice terrace for cards playing. The staff is very welcoming, the room was very clean.

RomaniaLot of parking places but in direct summer sun all the day. Next section is more related to Stavros area beaches in front of property. It was hard to find a beach spot without rocks. And this is not only about sea entry but the rock area extends for long in water. I did snorkeling in area with rocks and also saw sea urchins. We spend about two days to find a good spot at left side with small rocks only at entry then sand. What is amazing is that are lot of beach bars areas without any rock cleaning done in the water. I wonder why are people staying there unless they don´t like to entry sea water.
We liked very much the sea view suite. Everything was clean and looked as new. There is AC in suite and also the upper room. Kitchinete has all advertised tools in good working condition. Maintenace and towel change is done at 2-3 days. Beach is very close 100m in front. Town center is very animated and reachable in walking distance.

Everything was perfect and the staff was great and very kind. One of the staff gave me her bicycle to go on another beach and to drove a bicycle whole day. I was suprised how kind and helpful she was :-) Location is great, beachfront, from our balcony we wached sunset and sea. Beachbar with sunbeds was just in front of hotel. The room was every day cleaned, bed sheet and towels was washed end changed every day, everything was new in the room. Toilet is new and clean. It was pleasure to be in this property. I hope I will come again some day.
