Only downside was it was overcast for almost half our time there, and there's a pretty strong breeze blowing most of the time, but that's beyond the control of the hotel, obviously! 😊

I booked the hotel on booking.com but received a notification that my booking was cancelled. I was told by the reception lady that she would book me in via the hotel, and the price was 179, but on booking.com, it was 125 (same room). I found that a little dishonest and have raised a complaint with booking.com

1 night at this hotel with the all-inclusive option. The food was good. And I loved the pool and beach was 2 min away. Will stay again

Actually good small beach, but covered in rotting seaweed. Said 5 star but clearly wasn't Was supposed to be in a bungalow but was in a first floor flat. Very big problem for my teenage disabled son who needed help getting up and down stairs and so could not be independent

Interior design requires an update. Dishes were not always as clean as required. WiFi was not constantly available. The 3rd and 4th bed in the pool villa were not comfortable at all.

the power went out all night! very inconvenient. Food mediocre, not 5*. if we hadn’t had our room upgraded I would have been finding it difficult to say anything positive but the room we were in was great- except for the power issue

Railing on the main hotel bridge is nearly destroyed, it should be changed very soon. The grass around the pool and on the territory is in the very poor state, even soaking dirt at some places. Might be noisy at high season, we heard the family living next door to us perfectly.

But I am still giving it 8 stars because it really satisfied all my needs and even exceeded it. If you expect 5 stars hotel, as it is described, you will be very disappointed. If you are a backpacker in disguise with kids in tow, you got here by car and you don't plan to stay in one place to have it all, and you just need food and bed, you'll be happy. Food is really awesome, abundant and various choice. Dinners are themed every day (Mexican, Greek, Italian, Asian etc.), and you can't get enough of how good it is. I really can't think of what not to like. The room is big enough and gets cleaned everyday, towels are changed daily, and you can get extra towels for the pool. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Beds are comfy. Tv and wifi are so-so with often interruptions. Animation is very friendly and nice, but they all only speak French, so you can join the activities, but don't expect someone to entertain you or your children hard if you're not a French speaker. Other than that we liked all the sports activities like stretching, exercise and we've had an awesome water polo match one day. Also thematic evenings with live music were very much fun, and one of animation guys joined us on sirtaki dance. Thumbs up! Beach is good if you leave the hotel territory and go behind the marina, even then it's good if you like wild beaches. I do. The hotel beach is small, grey and stinky, it's located on the left side of the territory. Right in front of the hotel is not a beach, but a very romantic place to spend the evening listening to the Aegean waves and watching planes taking off. Pretty southern plants on the territory. Overall: Food - 5 stars Animation - 4 stars, 4.5 if you're French Cleanness - 4 stars Cats - 5 stars Everything else 3 stars to non-existent. Rent a car at the airport and come for food and bed, then it's worth it.

Due to my job I am traveling a lot and visited multiple hotels and this was one of my worst experiences ever. The hotel room was beyond disgusting: 1. Nothing was clean - neither the bathroom nor the toilet. Please see pictures attached 2. in the room there was several times cockroaches and other insects because of the dirt. 3. There was mold on the lamp shade as well as on the couch and the bed. My partner is allergic to mold and had terrible cough attacks. see pictures attached 4. We were told that we cannot use the bathtub in the room as it was repaired with silicone. All in all this was a terrible experience. This is not a 5 star accommodation.

Apart from main restaurant 2 additional ones but not possible to book a table. A week in advance perhaps possible or after complaining to the manager. Snacks only available at the opening time of snack bar the later you come the least possible you will have any. Alkohol and drinks horrible.only the ones you pay for taste normally hence purchasing all inclusive not a good idea. Rooms, especially bathroom would need repair so when you take shower the water does not get out. Good idea would be to clean the windows. The room so you can actually enjoy the beautiful view.

Beautiful view of the water and palms. Possibility to buy some souvenirs in the hotel. Manager reacts to complaints but it's more of an exception the actual change in the approach. Close to kiting spot. Good selection of drinks and skilled bartender but only in the bar where you need to pay for drinks.
