Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesYou need to walk much to get to your room up hill. Lower level rooms are more expensive.
Very good Hotel, well located in Agios Stefanos. Public transportation is very near and runs every hour. Just 5 bus minutes to New Port and Downtown. Beatiful beach in front of the Hotel. Excellent breakfast and near Restaurants and Super Market. You cannot drink water from the Tap

BrazilThere is a ramp to go the rooms, what can be though for senior people. The staff in the reception is nor very welcoming. To go and return to the old town you need to take a public bus that runs only once per hour. The beach in front of the hotel has no shadow, and the rental of umbrella starts at 30 euros. But the worst is thar I made the reservation by mistake and only 30min after i did the reservation i asked to cancel without any charge and they were absolutely unflexible! It wouldn't harm their business, it is not like I was canceling at the night before. But they decided to make me change my whole itinerary otherwise i would loose more than 300 euros!
The view, quiet and confortable room, nice breakfast

United KingdomThe balcony’s are tiny with a very old sliding door and the rooms feel a bit dated, although the bed was very comfortable and shower was good.
It’s a great position right by the beach and near a few restaurants and the bus stop to go in to Mykonos town. The pool was lovely with great showers and a gorgeous view. Breakfast was really good.

United KingdomRooms are a bit tired and could do with decorating.
A hotel that suited our needs. We came here as the final stop on our island hopping for 3 nights. It was relatively cheap and provided everything we needed- breakfast, pool and easy bus access to the centre of Mykonos. We really appreciated the free cab transfer from the ferry port and to the airport- this was really generous and a nice touch. Very underrated beach directly in front of the hotel. It is beautiful and sandy with sun beds available to hire. Mini market a minutes walk away and also a very nice restaurant near by if you don’t want to get the bus into the centre.

United KingdomTea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated. The pool did not open until 11am, which was a shame, as a swim before breakfast would have been great.
Free airport pick-up, which was great. Fantastic view, Great breakfast with lots of variety, Fab pizza. Lovely helpful staff.

United KingdomIt’s a modern , relatively soulless hotel that has been renovated to an average standard. Not good if you have any difficulty pulling heavy luggage up a hill from reception.
It’s in a great location for a night pre or post ferry as 5 mins away from the port. Lovely beach and restaurants v close by.

AustraliaNo kettle in the room. After being told by the receptionist that the hot water can be obtained at the bar, we were charged €1 for the hot water by a reluctant bar attendant. The bar attendant was not happy about giving out hot water! We were told the kettles were taken away from the rooms after an “incident”. If that is the case, they should provide easier access to hot water without having to go through reluctant staff and being charged for it.
The location was perfect for us. Away from the busy town centre but across the road from a lovely beach and a couple of steps from the bus to town as well as a convenience store and a few restaurants.

United KingdomThat the pool area is super strict and while you don’t offer any snacks/crisps there you also don’t allow anything to be brought in. Think this drives people away from the pool which is otherwise nice with a perfect view.

ItalyWe were supposed to leave early for the airport but the breakfast is available only from 8 a.m. The staff was super nice and let us do a quick breakfast and take some croissant with us. Very kind people! The room, a superior was a bit small
The place was just perfect, close to the beach and to the port. Very clean, very nice, sea view. We'll come back again when we pass through Mykonos

United KingdomNot sure if this was the hotel or booking.com but they seemed a little surprised when I turned up on my own as the booking apparently was for 2 people. Not an issue as the rate for a double room was the same either way, but people: singles exist and we want huge double beds all to ourselves! It would be great to see a little more eco-friendliness, e.g. an option to tell cleaning staff you don't need fresh towels every day, or for them to switch the lights off when they've finished cleaning.
Had a great 6 nights here as a female solo traveller. Agios Stefanos is perfect if you want peace and quiet away from the noise and crowds of town. Hotel is partly renovated, partly older, I was in one of the buildings lower on the hill so just a short gentle slope to climb from reception. Room was a good size and view from balcony was stunning, no need to even get up (pic is literally taken from the very comfy bed). Breakfast is tasty and keeps you full until the evening when there are some very good restaurants on site and in close vicinity. Access to a beautiful not too crowded beach, but be aware a set of sunbeds with parasol is 20 euros a day (there's a free part too if you byo). A shop for all necessities is 30 secs from the reception and bus stop to go into town is 3 mins walk.. Pool area is clean and pleasant (although quality of music varies). Staff are lovely and kind! My pickup from the port got somehow lost but very nice driver arrived 5 mins after I called them - if you book through booking.com maybe call them up before arrival to make sure they're aware. Airport transfer was complimentary and worked great. WiFi is a bit temperamental, but it is in most Greek islands in my experience. AC worked well, as did fridge/freezer. Best hairdryer of any hotel I've stayed at! A kettle would make this perfect although I always bring my own. All in all a great relaxing stay, would book again.
