There is literally nothing we didn´t like, onfly the fact you feel very sad to leave.

From the very first moment we arrived it was clear we did the right choice. Maria and Glykeria welcomed us in the best possible way and check-in experience was perfect with welcome drinks and a stunning view from the restaurant area. Basically all rooms have a super nice external area, either with private pool or hot jacuzzi. The hotel itself looks perfect for its location and boutique style but the best was yet to come. The team, service and hospitality were among top 3 best of my entire life (and I travel a lot everywhere). Nikos and his team at the bar/restaurant made us feel like home every day, even teaching greek words and greek culture - just outstanding service from him. Chefs Giannis, Dimitris just awesome customizing the menu according to our preferences, and Orestis also shines in the breakfast. As per concierge services Thomais is particularly amazing; she just gave me the best tips and advices of places to go in the island and managed to make all reservations at the top spots according to our specific time needs. Everybody above always in the best possible mood. Great to have also complimentary transfer from Éktor at arrival and departure and his driving services available for those who decide not to rent a car. Location is also the best as you have beautiful views on the island plus being only 10 minutes away from the city; 10 out of 10.

Equipment from the gym could be way better, currently it's a mix of many dumbbell, you have some size 2 or 3 times but it is missing many other, it would make sense to have a lifting bench inclinable instead of the flat bench where we can do only one move. Concerning food menu it's a bit pricey and it is missing some simple meal like pasta bolognese or other

I think that the location is a little far away from the beach club, stores, and little markets. It is not easy to access. However, it is perfect for a couple.

The people who work there are pretty helpful. They have the pleasure to help and work with a smile in the face. The facility is very good with a lot of structure, swimming pool, and a beautiful restaurant to see the sunset.

The breakfast needs more choices on the buffet. The road to go to the hotel is very hard to go and almost impossible to not meet a big car. You should drive well. You need above 15 minutes to achieve the village's main road.

Breakfast was good but it needs more choices. I asked salmon for the scrambled eggs and it was not available quite awkward for a 5-star hotel. The materials were good and coffee and beverages were above average.

The hotel is on another level! This boutique hotel is a unique experience that we loved, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, the view is WOW!!! the staff was amazing and friendly. Special mention for the quality of the breakfast and the Greek chef and his Algerian cook who proposed delightful new dishes every day and walked us through local tastes of different islands.

One of the most frustrating and nerve-wracking aspects was driving to the hotel. The route involves ascending a hill with very narrow roads that are always bustling with van traffic, likely because other resorts are also in the area. If you want to leave and return to the hotel more comfortably, you need to consider that the drive will be quite challenging and tense. Additionally, for a five-star standard, the room, although very clean and well-equipped, has an older style, likely dating back to the 2000s. You can notice the wear and tear over time, particularly in the flush button of the toilet. The floor is made of stone, very much in the 2000s style, which could benefit from a renovation. We stayed in room 202, and another thing we observed is that, while staying in Mykonos, you might not spend much time watching TV, but since there is a TV, it should be up to the five-star standard. The TV had no media interface or On-Demand options, and there was no possibility of mirroring your devices. The available channels were only in Greek. Either remove the TV from the room, reinforcing the idea that it's not needed, or upgrade to a more modern TV, as the current one dates back to the 2000s. This reinforces the notion that the hotel has not been updated. The contrast between the outdated interiors and the pristine, beautifully modernized common areas is stark. The exterior and common areas show that great work has been done on ambiance and modernization, but the interiors of the rooms are in dire need of renovation.

The hotel is situated in the best possible location in terms of views, offering a breathtaking panorama of the entire South Bay of Mykonos. The reception was the best we experienced during our stay in Mykonos; we stayed in three different hotels, and this one stood out in that. The high level of training and professionalism of the staff was evident during check-in, where we received thorough and helpful information. We stayed in a very well-equipped room with a stunning view and an excellent hot tub. While the water gets quite warm during the day, it’s perfect for nighttime relaxation. The hotel’s level of sophistication truly lives up to its five-star rating. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. Make sure to dedicate time to enjoy the hotel fully.
