The friendliest service ever. The best place we have stayed in Greece. Aggelos went out of his way to help us get organised, he organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport, he also organised the taxi to take us back to the airport and made several phone calls and emails to make sure we had all details including about all the surrounding places to visit and entertain ourselves. The only place in the whole Greece I will recommend from about 10 places we have stayed so far. The apartment was simply perfect.

Our stay at Alfiea in Athens was nothing short of amazing. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. For the quality of the stay and the hospitality provided, the price is also quite reasonable and fair, making it an even better choice for anyone visiting Athens. From the very first day, Angelos went above and beyond to assist us. After we were overcharged by a taxi driver, he informed us about the correct prices and even offered to call a taxi for us whenever needed. He didn’t stop there—he personally drove us to a local shop to buy a SIM card, ensuring we could get around and manage our stay more easily. The amenities were excellent—you can heat water whenever you want, they provide Wi-Fi, and they even leave snacks like fresh fruit, toast, and jam for you. Additionally, they provide cold water in the fridge, which was perfect for the warm weather. Angelos was an exceptional host, making sure we felt safe, welcome, and well taken care of. One of the most memorable touches was the delicious dessert that Evi kindly prepared for us, which added a warm and personal touch to our experience. We would highly recommend Alfiea to anyone visiting Athens or Greece. Our stay was made unforgettable thanks to Angelos and Evi, and we hope to return one day.

The hosts are amazingly friendly, the location near the airport is super convenient before and after flights when traveling around Greece. The room is very comfortable clean and quite.

The split duct air conditioner was a bit underpowered for the apartment and located in the bedroom area. The bed was separated from the living area by a glassed wall/door, so the cool air didn't make it to the living area easily, but did keep the bedroom itself nice and cool. As I mentioned above, the shower pressure was quite strong, but the drain worked a little slow and water backed up a bit.

Host was very accommodating. Met us at the property, gave us the keys & a quick tour of the apartment. Very nice fellow. The studio apartment itself was better than expected and was located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that was within walking distance to a couple of bakeries and restaurants. The shower's water pressure was very strong (and nice).

This is really the best place to stay I have ever come across! The landlord gentleman was really enthusiastic to solve a lot of details for me, took the trouble to find a way to solve the problem for me, and also paid attention to me late at night to reply to my message, which made me feel very warm and really very grateful. At the same time, I was amazed by the beauty of the room, it was very design and clean, my ideal home look, my friends and I were lucky to find such a house and landlord for our trip to Athens. The room was filled with many warm details, such as a wide range of clean cups, a beautiful refrigerator, thoughtful disposable toiletries (in small bottles and with a nice smell), even a shower head at my height, and a large bed. Everything is perfect. There is no doubt that this is a perfect end to my trip, or even a sublimation. I would like to commend this angelic landlord and his artistic, beautiful and clean house to the whole world!

The apartment is beautifully designed, and makes for a very comfortable stay for couples or singles. The air-conditioning worked really well, and the kitchen had all facilities available. Angelos was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Highly recommend booking this studio! It is very conveniently located to the airport and is a quiet area close to the beach. The studio was spotless and very well designed, which made it extremely comfortable and enjoyable to relax in. The owner is extremely warm and welcoming, and very helpful if require any recommendations or assistance with anything!

It was a bit far out of the main area. We liked the quiet, but the shops, restaurants and beaches with umbrellas were not walkable. If you have a car, no problem. If not, you would need to uber or be prepared for a walk a ways. It is not near a metro stop

The place was immaculate, well decorated, and had all of the extras missing at many short term rentals. (Individual shampoo, coffee, tea). Angelo's the host had fresh fruit and biscuits waiting. He had so many helpful recommendations and boomed us a seaside table at a nearby seafood place that was fantastic. Parking was plenty. Nearby beach was walkable but easy to drive to and park as well. Tons of Ubers available for quick pick up. I always stay in Artimeda the night before flying out. MUCH better than airport hotels. Nice patio outside to sit at and enjoy take out or coffee.

We were supposed to arrive at 00.30 at night and due to a flight delay we arrived at 1.30. The hosts waited for us with a smile, asked how we were, helped us carry our luggage, were patient and pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, everything is tastefully decorated and they left us bread and spreads, fruits. Just a pleasure! A perfect experience

The location is very good, very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, takes a 5-10 minute walk and you are on the shore with lot's of nice cafes, restaurants right next to the beach. The home is equipped with everything you may need and even more, spotless clean, very beautiful interior, very peaceful, the terrace is just a gem! The host is very kind, shared lots of cafe and restaurant recommendations with descriptions and addresses with us, very helpful and responsive and very kind both Angelos and his brother Michalis. We loved our stay there and someday definitely will be back!

The interior design is so well thought out, with great attention to detail and high-quality materials throughout. The apartment was spotless, we've never stayed in a cleaner place ever! We felt super comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. We only spent one night there and we enjoyed every minute. Also thanks to a great restaurant recommendation for dining (Xypolitos). They even surprised us with a homemade dessert in the fridge among many other little things like fresh flowers, coffee, water, fruit etc! Evi and Angelos were extremely accommodating and we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for this great experience! We really appreciate it! Highly recommended!

Wasn’t a real downside to the accommodation, just there’s no other (cheaper) option than taxi to go to the airport.

Beside the great location (if you are looking for the quick connection to the airport), the design and deco of the room is with great sense. They can help to book the transportation to airport. Evi and Anglos were very helpful with the information needed.
