The Alfa Luxury Apartments were beautiful. The owners of this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They took the time to help us in any way. They went above and beyond in making us reservations to the Sunset Michali’s Taverna to see the most beautiful sunset. The location was amazing, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We were a big group and had an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!! Thank you to Maria and Angelos for the exceptional service.

Everything was perfect, not a single problem encountered in the entire stay!

Our stay in Zante could not be better in Angelos and Maria’s apartments. Located in the center of Tsilivi in the perfect location to visit the entire island, the apartment we stayed (Levante) was the perfect size for 4 people and it had all the necessary amenities (from the kitchen utensils to the dishwasher etc). Needless to say that the apartment was really clean. Angelos and Maria were amazing hosts and helped us with invaluable suggestions and practical help to manage the our stay in Zante. I would highly recommend these luxury apartments for any family and couple vacations in Zante!

We had a lovely 6 nights in this property and I really recommend it to small families or couples, the location is just perfect just step out of the building and you are in the center of Tsilivi . had private parking . Miss Maria and her husband was really nice and friendly. Even we lost the remote control of the AC ( By mistake) and we are really sorry for this. But thay didn’t send me any negative feedback about it. You will feel like home .

Everything was perfect.

Brand new apartments with exceptional facilities. The apartments have everything you need (washing machine, cooking appliances, coffee machine etc.) and are exceptionally clean. The apartments are cleaned daily. Bedsheets/bathroom towels are provided, even beach towels upon request (no extra charge). The property owners (Maria and Angelos) are extremely polite/friendly and even gave us a gift upon our departure. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable. The bedrooms have shutters which block the sunlight completely, hence we slept really well. There’s A/C in the bedrooms and kitchen/living room. Nice, large balcony with partial sea view. Great location - lots of shops, restaurants and bars just outside the apartments. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartment or 3 minutes by car. Tsilivi beach/Alexandra Beach Hotel beach is nice and family friendly. I recommend hiring a car so that you can see other nice places as well, such as Alykanas beach, Gerakas Beach, Shipwreck/blue caves and Myzithres (by boat only). We would definitely stay here again!

The room is very clean, very well equipped, the lighting environment is very good, each bed has a small table lamp, the lighting brightness is very suitable, not dark and not dazzling. The room was well ventilated and the kitchen and balcony were clean. Every day there is room clean. And most importantly! The owner and his wife are exceptional! Exceptionally kind, ended up taking us to the airport with their own car, and was very responsible when we were staying and could be contacted at any time if we had any questions

The owners, Angelo and Maria, were the perfect hosts. The apartment is beautifully modern, equipped with everything you could need. The apartment is cleaned daily, and there is AC in the front room and bedroom, which was perfect for the hot weather. The building is in a great location, with many restaurants and supermarkets close by and the beach just a 5 minute walk away. Angelo and Maria go out of their way to ensure your stay is a comfortable as possible, making you feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday.

excellent location, Very stylish modern comfortable and exceptionally clean apartment, with everything you could wish for. Maria and Angelo are the perfect hosts, very friendly and approachable. I felt confident we could ask them for any help or advice and they would oblige. We were provided with beach towels which were changed every few days. A truly enjoyable stay exceeding our expectations. Would love to make a return visit.

The upstairs bedroom gets quite hot and the small window doesn't provide much fresh air. The ACs could use a deep cleaning, they smell a bit bad on startup.

Very nice apartment, newly built building with private parking in the back. Our host, Angelo, was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again in the future :)

There is nothing not to like!

I appreciated to stay in this new top class apartment equipped with everything you need, even washing machine. Facility is brand new and build with the lots of love from the family who owns it. We appreciated to stay in the heart of Tsilivi with closeness to restaurants, bakery, shops and the beach. Apartment has a an amazing view to the sea and the most beautiful sunrise appearing every morning. We were treated as extended family to the lanslords Maria and Angelos and we can only recommend this great place to stay.

Fantastic little boutique style apartments with kitchenette, laundry cupboard and all amenities you could possibly need whilst on holiday. Very close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. parking to rear. Maria and Angelos are wonderful people and make these apartments even more special.

Angelo and Maria and Costa - are wonderful people, friendly, sincere and always eager to help. Always accommodating. They have high standards, are passionate about their culture (wonderful to see) and are a great asset to the hospitality industry. Tora the apartment attendant was very pleasant, friendly and did her work with a flair. Truly wonderful people!
