We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Warm ospitality and friendliness of the host. The host will tell you exactly where to visit and how to do it the 1st thing you arrived. The room is super clean, white design and whatever you need is there. Comfortable bed and quiet with a balcony. The hotel is located in between old and new port. Although needs abit of walk but is perfectly fine for someone like who enjoy walking. Otherwise you can take a bus wirh the bus stop right in front of the hotel. Free pick up to and forth new port is really a bonus! Value for money and you won't regret staying here if you have small budget.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind receptionist. I almost missed my ferry, but their quick assistance saved the day! After checking out, we left our bags at the reception and explored the city. My ferry was scheduled for 14:00, but I lost track of time and only returned to the hotel around 13:40 to pick up our bags. Thankfully, the staff arranged transportation for us, ensuring we made it to the ferry on time. I am truly grateful for their prompt help. The hotel is conveniently located, with a water boat departing from the port that makes it easy to reach the main areas. Although the old port is about a 20-minute walk away, it's still manageable. The hotel room was small but well-organized and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the exceptional service made it even better!

Good hospitality, the place is clean, close to a good restaurant, Compass, close to the port, and not far from the airport. Also, they offered us a lift to the airport which was helpful.

Everything was amazing. It was super clean and they were cleaning our room everyday. There you fill find blowdrier, ac and iron. You also have free sunbeds on the roof of the hotel. The property offered us free transportation to the city center and to the airport (it s close anyways by foot-around 15 mins) for free. Beautiful place and beautiful staff. I really recommend this place to everyone.

BrazilThe second room we stayed was a bit claustrophobic, but I think that’s very personal. The air conditioning was not working well, but the staff tried to help.
I had two different rooms during my stay, the first one was perfect: nice view from the sea, cute design. The location is ok, you can either walk 20 minutes to downtown or get a bus. If you have a car, this could be the perfect place to stay. The staff was really kind and helpful.
