The location of Alexandra is perfect for the travelers who prefer to stay inside the town. Near to the ferry pier and all the attractions, beaches, restaurants & bars and shops. There is a very cozy cafe just at the square facing the hotel, as a bonus :)

Parking, omg how many nerves lost. We barely find the parking few streets away And too big pillow, neck hurts.

Amazing location, near to the old town kos, just a minute to the sea, port. Lovely for sure! Room was nice, comfort. Pool is small but appropriate, staff was nice and you have two balconies.

The room was clean and it was in a fantastic location for Kos Town. We had booked a room for 4 people, with some confusion the room was already booked so they happily upgraded us to two double rooms.

There was a cafe/pub near the hotel so it was very noisy at night. We couldnt sleep. The receptionist didnt inform us about the hotel and facilities, for ex wifi password, breakfast time, just gave the room key.

The staff at the reception were just not friendly. The lady who checked us in looked fed up and sounded indifferent while she told us we’d need to wait until 2 pm at the lobby. The male staff the next morning rang the room at 11.35 telling us that we needed to have checked out by 11, but that we could check out by 12 as if he was doing us a favor, yet sounding impatient on the phone. I’ve traveled a lot-really a lot- but never had I been welcomed so poorly at any hotel. It was like they couldn’t wait to get us in and out for the next guest, who they’d probably treat the same . If a hotel cannot check their guests in by 2 pm, they shouldn’t be so willing to check them out by 11, but that’s a different discussion. Overall, this was my second stay at this hotel, and despite the nice room, good location and good view, I am never coming back due to the poor service of the reception staff.

The wi-fi. Very poor and unstable. Almost unusable for many good hours. In some areas of the hotel it was a bit better, but not by much. If you rely heavily on the wi-fi internet connection during your stay here, then I highly recommend having a backup solution of some kind... It's a shame that such a nice hotel cannot properly upgrade or maintain this aspect.

Clearly the location is the main advantage, as the hotel is placed very central to Kos City, close to the harbor. I also appreciated the friendly staff that did their best to help the guests although at times they seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. The hotel is very clean overall, both in the rooms and in the other areas. The modern elevators and air conditioning were working just fine all the time. The gym was also a nice feature, quite well-equipped for a hotel gym.

Air conditioning failed to deliver. The room stayed constantly too hot, even though the ac was put on during the entire night. Shower pressure very low. The hotel has a very small pool in the courtyard, with too limited opening hours (closes at 6 pm) - especially when you want to cool off after a day of sightseeing in summer - and hardly any place around it.

Very central location in Kos-town, close to the historic centre, museums, monuments, harbour and city beach. My room had a stunning view across the sea towards Turkey. Fridge and kettle present. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Tasty breakfast available at a reasonable price. This hotel is a good choice when you have a few days to spare in Kos, e.g. before catching a flight or boat.
