We had a great time during our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly,nice and polite! The beach is perfect for people with kids because it is right in front of the hotel. Our baby loved the beach and all the people working in the bar and reception were so sweet with him. THANK YOU! :) The food in the restaurant was good, as well. We will definitely visit Akti again!

The parking lot its far, but it's better not to have any!

The hotel is spotless and very well-remodeled. The ocean view is breathtaking and has a nice and quiet outdoor patio. The complimentary breakfast is so tasty and very well set up. The staff is well-trained, and they are accommodating.

The hotel was exquisitely decorated, with everything brand new. The beach was stunning, with soft, sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices.

The best hotel we stayed in Kavala. The design is very refined with a minimal and retro approach. The team and owner, Pelin, are super friendly and hospitable. Thanks to Chef too, for the tasty and good-looking dishes :))

The hotel is newly renovated in a modern style. Very nice, extremely clean with everything you need. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable we were struggling to get up in the morning :D Every room is overlooking the beach. The view from our room was stunning. The breakfast was tasty and everything was fresh! The hotel staff were beyond kind and helpful! They were always checking if we need anything and how is our stay going. The bar staff were also very nice and friendly. They were always there if we need anything. The beach was clean. It’s a very family friendly place! Best experience ever!!!

The front desk staff were amazing. However, the employee who worked later in the evening was phenomenal. Very attentive, quick to answer and fulfill requests. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. There was also one wait staff who was also very personable and talkative with us. The younger staff running drinks were quiet and one was a little rude. However, for the most part it was ok and wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again. The breakfast was amazing; many choices and very delicious.

It would be wonderful if, in the case of families with children, the cleaning of the room could be done in the first part of the day, not after two o'clock, when they can sleep

Excellent! The hotel is located on the beach and is ideal for families with small children. This year it was renovated and everything is done with good taste and with a superior quality! Kind staff, varied breakfast and the location is wonderful.

We recently stayed at this fantastic boutique hotel by the seaside and loved it! With its own private beach and a stunning view, it was a perfect getaway. The interior is stylish, and the rooms are well-equipped and sound-proof, so it's very peaceful. The garden is beautifully designed in Greek style, offering a comfy place to relax. We enjoyed drinks at the beach bar and found plenty of spots to unwind. The service is top-notch, with a super helpful and friendly team. The hotel is great for both families and couples—our daughters felt like a queens! Parking is nearby, and the street is lovely for walks. The food was so delicious we didn’t want to eat anywhere else. The hotel owner’s creative touch is felt everywhere, making our stay memorable… We've already booked our next visit. Highly recommended!

It looks exactly like on the pictures and beyond our expectations!!!! The bar-restaurant is open all day and you can eat international food (perfect for children) and take drinks all day in your room, in the restaurant or at the beach, you choose! The service is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The interior is modern and fresh. The room is clean with a breathtaking view. The breakfast is great too. A sun chair is included. There is a free parking for the hotel. A real paradise spot in Palio!!!! Highly recommended!

The air conditioner blows in direction of the bed. We found that uncomfortable. It‘s a little bit noisy, you can hear the traffic even though the street is on the other side.

Checking in was a bit of a puzzle as there is no main driveway to the reception area. The only entrance is a small wooden door on a busy street where the arriving driver has to unload the passengers and luggage on the sidewalk, then self-park the car in an olive grove ~200 meters away and walk back to the hotel. There are no bellhops, per se, but if you can catch one of the multitasking staff, they will gladly help with your luggage.  The first room we were given had no closets! When we asked for one with, they switched our room without any hassle.  The reception closes at 10 p.m., after which time you can't find anyone from the staff or management around. When we had an overflowing shower problem around 6 PM, the maintenance and housekeeping staff had all left, so one of the waiters came with a kitchen knife to unclog the drain. Curiously enough, the job was well done, and we didn't have a problem after that 😉 The safe deposit box in the room was not mounted into the wall or anywhere else, so it could easily be carried away by hand. Hence, it didn't make sense to use it.

This hotel is a paradise for those looking to simply enjoy a private, sandy beach and fantastic green-blue Aegean waters! The place seems to be newly refurbished, and everything, including the rooms, bathrooms, beds, sheets, etc., is new and clean. The staff is very friendly, and they would go out of their way to make your stay comfortable (special thanks to Haris (Charis?), Leonidas, and İleana). Breakfast is OK, and the food and drink menu at the beach bar is satisfactory (my cheeseburger and fries were good!).

Everything was great!

We enjoyed everything! The location is great.. on the beach! The hotel is exactly as it is described in the pictures! The room was clean and the water was always great! The ladies at the reception desk were so lovely and they speak a very good English so communication was great! The breakfast was delicious and plenty of options to choose from.

Bathroom should be renovated and better cleaned. No parking - you can park at the street 200-300 m away from the hotel.

Location is great, communal areas are very well maintained. All rooms face the see and offer stunning views from the balcony. The beach in front of the hotel is sandy and the water is super clean. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Good breakfast

Wonderful location near the Crystal Clear sea, You don't need to go different beaches everyday. The staff are very friendly.
