Paleokastritsa has no 'centre ville' but is a group of several small coves. However, we knew this before we got there. We walked to some other beaches - as it was not too hot - but there are also water taxis going back and forth.

It rained all week, on and off, but our holiday was not spoiled. We had an amazing view from our room and from the covered sun terrace in the public area. We did not eat dinner at the hotel, but there were some super restaurants close-by. Breakfast was excellent.

The food in the restaurant isn't great. Things were overcooked and dry. I really did not like being told I could not eat breakfast at a table outside the bar when the bar wasn't even open at breakfast time! Ridiculous rule. It's also misleading when they tell you they have beach chairs "down by the sea." They mean on a terrace above the sea, not actually on the beach. Hotel guests still have to pay for beach chairs on the beach.

I liked having my own balcony and my own hot tub! The view was lovely. The sound of the sea at night was great to fall asleep to.

There is a bee problem which needs to be handled. These are wasp type bees (not honey bees or pollinators) and it affects the joy of outdoor eating. This is the only thing that surfaced as any kind of problem with the property, but it is an issue and we were traveling with someone who is allergic.

This hotel is simply exquisite. The views from all rooms, and most spots on the property, are unparalleled. It looks on two bays and you can choose spots for both sunrise and sunset. The pool, the beach, and the dining rooms are wonderful as is the food.

It may be useful to have a printed guide of things to do/see in the local area and across the Island. And hotel amenities listed. I know there is an app but I’m not sure that is is a suitable replacement. Information on local excursions/bus services for example. I personally found the restaurant food and drinks to be slightly below expectations, and expensive compared to availing of local restaurants. The wardrobe rails are so high up they are nearly impossible to reach. Unless you are quite tall.

The friendly staff, the great location and views, the choice of places to go swimming. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. There was free entertainment too.

We ate one meal at the restaurant on our first night (of 5) and though the food was very good, the wait was far too long. Service wise I don't like the idea that we'd nearly finish a bottle of wine before the meal arrives! Rooms are not spacious but sufficient. Only 1 pool as relatively small hotel but did expect it to be larger based off photos.

This hotel is all about the location, every room (albeit average sized) have fantastic views! The rocky out crop it sits on means you easily access the sea privately from cliff side (loved this), pool had nice infinity view. Pool staff were great, breakfast buffet selection is excellent! Loved the sunset terrace and also beach bar , loungers and access at sea level. Recommend using Paleo boats just across road from the reception (great 2 hour high speed boat trip to Paradise beach, also sunset cruise was stunning!!) Greek dancing was lovely too by the pool.

Breakfast was the same every day; it would be nice if there was a bit more variety. The prices in the restaurant were higher than the quality of the food. The live music was great, but we missed having a party or a club night, even older guests wanted to dance, and that was missing. :( For my friend's birthday, she received a small cake, which was really nice, but I had to remind them four times that it was her birthday, and that felt a bit uncomfortable. There isn't much to do in the hotel itself, so it would be great if the activities.

The location is amazing, just like in the pictures and in real life, with various beaches nearby. The breakfasts are good, but the coffee is terrible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady on the 5th floor, Maria, simply made our day with her smile, and she cleaned and changed the towels and bedding quickly and with great quality – she really deserves a bonus! Yoga with Mikaela was very professional and relaxing, I believe it should be offered daily! And the big plus is that its a hotel for adults, no children.

Loungers on the beach were not free to use. Buffet supper was disappointing. No beach service at the loungers.

Set on cliff with lovely views, very comfortable and spacious room. Close to lots of tavernas for lunch and dinner. Good breakfast in the hotel.

The only bad thing about the hotel is the dinner options. It was raining so we haven’t had any other choice. There is two options- a buffet which is 35 euros per person, and a restaurant with a small selection. Both of them were ok but not really worth the price. Other than that we have no complaints.

The hotel is located in a very good place in corfu and surrounded by rwo very beautiful beaches The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and kind.

The room was just ok not 5 star, it was renovated but it looked like everything was already falling apart, the tiles were mouldy, the shower was turning green colour, the sink was wooden and all fading. It’s a shame because the rest of hotel is very nice, they just haven’t updated the hall ways and rooms done cheaply with poor standards. We also did not like the food at breakfast it was just ok but not great. We are staying at Kerkyra spa hotel and food is a lot better here. Also 35 euro pp for dinner (without drinks) is way too expensive! We went across the road and our total bill for two at Tango bar each night was 35 euros (including drinks!) . When we arrived it was late and the parking area was full we had to leave the car and we’re told we would get welcome drinks the next day ( we never did). Overall I think feels like 4 star superior but the amazing location makes this still totally worth going to! I think if they improved the rooms and hallway it would be much better.

Amazing location in the bay, facilities are amazing. The reception area / dining area all renovated and very nice. We had a very nice view from our room of the bay. Staff in restaurant were great. The cleaning lady on floor 5 was amazingly helpful ( it’s great they change towels and bedding every day). Renting boats is a must do!

The only downside is getting a day bed by the pool after breakfast. Guests put towels down even when they are not there- 9am we arrived at the pool and there were only 2 day beds available and 80% with towels had no one on them until at least 10:30am.

Amazing views from our room, the pool and restaurants. Staff were friendly, welcoming and seemed happy to be there. Food at the ala carte restaurant was excellent and there was a jazz trio on Saturday who were fantastic.

Walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the hallways.

Everyone at the resort was friendly and polite. The views were spectacular. Lots of activities available and prices in the hotel were reasonable.

Akrotiri beach resort was a great experience for us . The room was clean and well decorated and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. We are looking forward to return .

I am going to have to be picky here because everything was so amazing. There are a few small touches that could make this luxury stay even better such as: snorkelling equipment for guests to enjoy, nespresso coffee in room instead of nescafe, welcome fruit basket/wine on arrival, proper coffee and fresh juice at breakfast

location of hotel with panoramic views of sea and greenery is unbeatable. We also especially enjoyed that there are lots of areas to chill out and enjoy indoors/outdoors, shade/sun, beach or rocks, up and down. This made us feel secluded in every part of the hotel even though it was full
