Every now and then there would be a slight smell of drains but not major and not long lasting

We loved how the hotel presented itself with modern furnishings in the perfect location. Clearly the place has been renovated recently and you can tell. We loved the proximity to the beach and a great pool area

The view from our room (private hot tub) was great. All these room types are on the 1st floor which we were a little disappointed at first but the view was still great and you honestly don't spend much time in the room. The pool and beaches were beautiful. Staff was extremely accommodating as were local restaurants.

The lunch was included in the price, but we still needed to pay for the drinks. This is okay, but it wasn’t explained when we arrived on the first day. The guy in the lunch (an old one who looks like a manager) asked me if I wanted water. When I answered no, he took the glasses and the menu from the table without any explanation, and he did it in a very unpleasant way. It was very ugly behavior in the very first hour we arrived… This is the only reason for the 9/10

Akrotiri hotel is located in beautiful Paleokastritsa, Corfu. Greece is known worldwide for it's "philoxenia", hospitality but the people of Paleokastritsa, particularly the staff of Akriotiri hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and basically part of their Akriotiri Hotel family. The entire staff of Akriotiri were polite, helpful and friendly. The staff offered suggestions for interesting sights to explore and gave us information regarding the different methods of transportation for getting to and from the sights.

Excellent place for relaxing holiday! Fantastic views from the rooms, amazing beaches, pool area. A huge variety breakfast. A la-carte restaurant is great for a romantic dinner! No screaming kids and peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to all staff of the hotel for that holiday!

No WiFi in the gym, connection was a bit unreliable across the entire hotel. The dinner buffet was disappointing and expensive.

Only the internet which is very intermittent. It comes and goes. We were on the 2nd floor and I had no internet when I was in the room, nor was I able to use 4/5G data. It was fine when I came upstairs and out of the room. I was Vodafone. My friend on EE was absolutely fine using the wifi.

Beautiful hotel, adult only and in the most amazing location. Sea views are incredible. The food was exceptional. Fabulous breakfast buffet and dining buffet in the evening and a la carte menu. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. The swimming pool and surrounding area is also beautiful.

There are only two small things I can point out: 1) mosquitoes - we didn’t keep the balcony door open but there were quite a few in our bathroom and they kept popping up even when we killed them. Perhaps just a hazard of the climate. 2) The parking lot was really small and difficult to park our larger car in, also the car fob didn’t work but staff were aware of this.

The views from this hotel were stunning even from our room’s balcony. The amenities and offers were amazing - various decks and sunbed areas to lounge on both at the hotel and the beach (free for guests). Breakfast and dinner buffets as well as an in-hotel restaurant and bar. There’s also a beachside restaurant affiliated with the hotel. By far the best part about this hotel is the staff - warm, welcoming, and so helpful. As I have celiac disease, I was worried about cross contamination of gluten with the buffet, I explained to the staff and chef my concerns and if there were any accommodations that could be made. The chef went above and beyond - he even cooked me a separate plate. For every meal, he made sure I was taken care of and knew what my options were. Chef George made our stay here absolutely worth it.

Amazing balcony in room with bay view, pool, private rocky beach and access to Akron beach bar. Very good breakfast (bacon, eggs, cereals, breads, fruits etc.), and dinner in both hotel restaurants was lovely! Staff were amazing and very accommodating to my nut allergy (chef walked me around breakfast options). Bus from Corfu old town drops you outside hotel if you tell the driver as it is a Green Bus stop for €2.50 one way (also got back to old town this way, thank you to Spiros for helping us with this!). Would also recommend Triton Marine boat tours based just outside the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We loved everything

Amazing location, spectacular view. The lovely staff contribute to the experience,so helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. This was our second stay at Akrotiri beach and we can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend.

As with the whole of Corfu, drainage can be an issue and there is sometimes a slight smell of drain/sewage. however, this is the same in much of Corfu. And isn't actually too bad.

Every room and part of the hotel has amazing views, all of the staff remembered us throughout our stay and were super friendly and attentive.
