We spent 5 days there and it would have been nice to have a few more days! Amazing island with fantastic food and beautiful beaches.

What an incredible boutique resort - the Akre! This place is stunning with a spectacular pool, views and location. There is even a beach that you can walk down to and take a dip in the gorgeous blue ocean! The staff are exceptional starting with the Manager, Eleni who is always there to support the guests and her team with every detail to make your stay an experience to remember. We loved Erisa the waitress at the restaurant who brought the BEST breakfast every morning to us. She was always smiling and very welcoming. In the late afternoons, the waiter Kosta would bring us wonderful drinks and had great recommendations around the island. The food was outstanding and the chef would pop out from time to time to check on the guests. I cannot recall his name but his food was awesome! We will definitely come back to this gorgeous place!

Would have appreciated small wash cloths to aide in removing sunscreen while showering. Perhaps a breakfast buffet so you can choose what you would like to eat each morning.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive. The pool/bar area was so relaxing and beautiful. The breakfast included was plentiful. Appreciated the supply of drinking water in the small in-room refrigerator. The A/C did a wonderful job of cooling the room for restful sleep.

Very hard to criticise but only one evening there was quite a delay with the food and service but understand maybe understaffed and more guests. Was only one night and rest of the time was great

Amazing breakfast with everything you could imagine which also adds to the great value for money we felt we got from the hotel. It was also so good having the WhatsApp chat, having breakfast time set and easily able to book taxis etc/ cleaning times. We loved the pool area and beach bar and food was all round delicious.

The Hotel location is fantastic ,best sunsets in Greece, you can'tmiss them, having a cocktail in their pool bar. Eleni is super helpful and nice. And the staff at the bar, vey profesional.

It was clean and the staff were very hospitable. The little touches were great, such as being greeted on arrival and having the opportunity to choose breakfast time and the time for cleaning. The staff were able to order us taxis to and from anywhere we wanted and provide us with any information about we needed.

The rooms are beautiful and they have everything you might need. However the shower was a bit weirdly constructed in our room, as you directly look at it, when you enter the room or look inside through a window.

Loved the Pool and the view, perfect spot for sunsets and just looking at the ocean. the breakfast is really nice and everyday its a bit different. staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved how secluded the hotel is, which makes it very calm and quiet.

The staff, small/boutique hotel, views and breakfast were all fantastic. The owners and staff couldn't have been more welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable, and even let us enjoy a room with a jacuzzi for the day because it happened to be free, while keeping our room which had lovely views. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and this is one of those places that in my opinion is great value.

Room 101 needed somewhere to hand wet towels and it was difficult to get the hot tub hit… it was more a cold tub !

The breakfast was delicious! They communicate with you through whatsapp to answer any questions you have. This was very convenient to have, rather than going up to the desk. The staff was very friendly, we would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived Eleni, General Manager, and Staff made us feel at home. Eleni is a dedicated manager who will do anything to please her guests. She is warm and caring, while being professional and extremely efficient. Sophia and Debbie complemented Eleni, and were always responsive or our needs. Our room was clean, roomy, and airy. Our porch had the best view. The kitchen put out authentic well balanced food. The pool and bar area were beautiful and well maintained. Eleni communicated with us, and her responses were always quick and efficient. While I was ill the chef made me greek chicken soup for 4 days at Eleni's instruction. Socrates, Petra, Vasillis, and Max were excellent service people always assuring your every need was satisfied. Housekeeping was consistent and top notch. Akre Hotel is a Zen like Hotel, - quiet and relaxing for couples who want privacy and relaxation.

Nothing, it’s perfect.

Probably one of my favourite stays. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Gorgeous room (we were kindly upgraded to a stunning room with a sea view and private outdoor hot tub). The pool area was perfect with a stunning sea view and the most incredible sunsets. Not to mention the spectacular private beach. Delicious breakfast served with a large selection, with new treats on rotation daily. The lunch and dinner menu was beyond what you’d expect from average hotel food at very reasonable prices (even for alcoholic beverages). The chef was incredible! But what really tops this place off is the staff - everyone from the hotel manager to the bar & restaurant staff were so kind and attentive. Such lovely people who are devoted to making sure you have the most pleasant stay. You’ll come as strangers and leave as friends. There is just something so magical about this place, it really does bring people together, including other guests. Never been to Naxos before and randomly chose this island on a whim. But will definitely be returning especially for another stay at Akre. Thank you so much 😊
