The breakfast could be better. There was capsule coffee in the room but no machine for it

At the reception staff was very kind and debonaire. They gave our 2 years old child gifts both at our check in and check out. The hotel was at the center of the city so we did not use car. We just stayed a night to have a rest before we continue our trip to Halkidiki. Therefore it was very enough for us. The terrace restaurant has a great view. In the room there was iron with its table

No parking available, you need to find paid public parking nearby. In general, the hotel facilities does not correspond to it's price - bad wifi, not working light bulbs, loud air conditioning.

Top location, probably the best location you can get in Kavala. No issues with late night check-in, 24/7 reception. Nice sea view from some of the rooms. Rich breakfast included.

The room offered a fantastic view of the port of Kavala and the Old Town. The hotel’s central location in the heart of the city was ideal. I had heard from others about the breakfast served in the hotel's rooftop garden, which boasts an excellent panoramic view of the city. The experience did not disappoint. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of selections and an array of beverages and coffees.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not live up to the 4-star standard it claims. It needs serious renovations for it (at leaset a cleeaning of the carpet). When I arrived, I found a "stack" of cigarette butts and ashes in the balcony. I took a picture of it and pasted it for later. At breakfast, my husband chose not to come, instead he asked me to bring him a short espresso. I asked the waiter to give me that espresso as a compensation for not having breakfast, but he explained that this "trade" is not possible and that I have to pay 2 euros at the reception. I accepted, because I wanted the coffee. At check-out, however, I presented the photo from the balcony and, under these conditions, to accept the apology, I was offered that espresso free of charge. So...with some imprivments, would be much better. It was my second stay in this hotel; 3 years ago was better.

Very good location and the restaurant/breakfast area offers a panoramic view of the port that you can't get enough of. Rich breakfast. The attitude of the lady at the reception was very professional; in the context that I will relate to the 'negative', he decided to offer us "on the house" an espresso requested for breakfast. Thank you for that.

Location is perfect. The fact that breakfast is served on the rooftop is great. It’s also nice to have drinks there in the evening. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Great idea to have access to filtered water on each floor whenever you need.

Only 2 tiny old elevators for the whole hotel so you may have to wait. Soundproofing is not top but we had earplugs and then it is ok.

Fantastic views from the higher floors. Breakfast room has wonderful views as well. Location is nice and central and the place was clean.

Location is the best in Kavala. In the center of everything!!! Breakfast has many choices. But it was very crowded and hot inside. View is amazing, if you get a room with a sea view.

Parking problem was great. We went to the hotel by our car. When asked where to park they told us that we can park temporarily to the in front of the hotel. But there wasn't any free place. Because all the cars parked there permanently altough the staff mentioned the opposite and they didn't take their cars from there whole night.

Car Parking is a big problem all over Kavala. We were lucky and a find a place just in front of hotel.

Very well centrally located, close to all point of interests. Greek Breakfast is amazing at the top floor with Harbour View. Butter cookies at the reception were very charming and tasty. Front Desk Staff very helpful

The only thing were the elevators. The two elevators were too small, only for three people each. The hotel was full, sometimes it was difficult.

The lack of parking, although there were quite a lot of cars parked in front of the hotel and the criteria for allowing this are not clear. We arrived a bit earlier and had to wait until the room was ready.

The location of the hotel is very good - close to the port, the center of the city and many nice restaurants! The bed in the room is very comfortable. The restaurant is on the top floor and has a fantastic view over the harbor. The breakfast is rather good. There is coffee/tea available in the room. Some of the hotel staff was very cooperative and supportive. The wi-fi is working well.
