The location is a little awkward to get to being on a very steep hill but the stunning panoramic views totally made up for it. We relied on taxis to get us back up but if you can manage the steep hill down there are sea buses running every 30 mins and a much cheaper option. This place is a little piece of heaven and a must if you want a more relaxing Mykonos experience.

Everything!!!!! Elena was the perfect host. The attention to detail in our one bedroom maisonette was second to none, simply beautiful with the most stunning panoramic terrace with views to die for. We had a breakfast hamper brought to our accommodation one morning which was gorgeous. Food and drinks prepared by the very lovely lady (I'm sorry, I've forgot your name) were delicious. A simply unbelievable stay at Amare Residence and we will most definitely be returning - if you'll have us😘 Oh and Elena, thanks for helping me out during my minor ailment, very much appreciated x

The most perfect little hotel in Mykonos! Staying here made our trip so much more pleasant and amazing. We were able to check in pretty late because of delayed flights, and we also got upgraded to a better room completely for free since it was empty! They also let us have late check out since we were leaving in the evening. The food was some of the best we had the whole week, stunning views, calm and quiet area, but still close to drive to town, and super sweet and accomodating staff. Would recommend 10/10 times✨

Felt that the breakfast options in town were better value for the price paid at the hotel.

Excellent stay, Elena met us at our late checkin and was wonderful throughout! We chose a room with a hot tub on the balcony and would definitely recommend that option for anyone trying to decide on if the upgrades worth it. The view were some of the best we saw on the island.

AMARE is located on top of a hill, taxis are really expensive in Mykonos so I would highly recommend renting a car. It would have been lovely if breakfast was included considering the price.

AMARE is the perfect place to stay in Mykonos, it's quiet, Luxtury, beautiful, and Elena and Fenia make you feel at home. The view is incredible, the rooms are clean with everything you need, I'm already planning my next stay here.

Could have been user error, but the drain in the shower kept closing.

Amare is in the perfect location. If you want a stay that isn't in the crazy party area and a little more quiet, then Amare is your stay. At the same time, you can easily get to the popular beaches and restaurants by ATV or cab. Amare has a great personal touch and unlike big chain hotels, but still has all the amenities; clean pool, jacuzzi on the porch of the room, and an absolutely outstanding view of the island. Elena and her staff make you feel right at home and like you are a part of her family! My wife and I went for our honeymoon and would absolutely stay at Amare if we were to return for another trip. Stay at Amare!

Only minor issue we had was the noise from the apartment above was very loud. The couple above us seemed to walk round in high heels all day and night so woke us up a lot. So if you can I would request a room that doesn’t have another above it. Not much the hotel can do about this though so we obviously didn’t complain.

The grounds and pool area are lovely. The staff are incredible. The owner Elena went above and beyond to help us. Even picking us from the port! She was a credit to her hotel. Rooms are basic but everything you need and comfortable enough.

-the style and decor of the rooms all hand crafted -spotless from arrival and clean throughout our stay -the views are breathtaking -close to the old town (shopping/restaurants/bars) -last but not least our hosts Elena and Fenia who were so kind, welcoming and friendly. it was my honeymoon and from the minute we arrived until the minute we left they made it so special, both were perfect hosts, we also ate a lot at Amare we loved Fenias cooking, we couldn’t recommend this property and our hosts enough

Beautiful view!!! Gorgeous room. Room cleaned spotlessly daily. Pool area is lovely. Great to have a small kitchen area as the pool bar isn’t open all day. Easy to get takeaways. We used IMove taxis to get around the island.

It is totally a fantastic place for holidays! so peaceful with a beautiful view. the host elena and family are very friendly and helpful! fenian is a great cook and we enjoyed all the food she prepared for us. very child friendly and my girl had a great time here that she didn't want to go home. The bed is very comfortable that we had a good sleep. the room is spacious, very clean and they do housekeeping every day. the pool is clean. free parking available. Totally love the place, the view, the people and the food!
