Drinks & snack prices at bar seemed high, 2 single beds pushed together to make double and not really comfortable.

The location, staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was a good size and clean. Breakfast plenty of choice

Staff was not as professional or helpful as I would have liked. No major complaints though. Hotel was advertised as having free guest parking, but parking was reserved for employees only. Numerous technical issues as well, including with the elevators, partly related to power outages due to the fires which isn't something I hold against the hotel.

The breakfast was superb, and the actual Hotel and the room were perfect, the location is great as well.

Small balcony. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room which should be standard. Carpets in halls very soiled. Could hear other guests both whilst in their rooms and in the communal spaces

Despite arriving after midnight due to flight delay the guy on night duty could not have been more helpful. The hotel was spotless and there was plenty of evidence of a recent refurbishment. Exceptionally good value for our overnight stay so that location slightly away from coast not an issue. Highly recommend!

Great location near to the parties and 10 minutes from the Casino. The pool is great, stuff is very friendly and helpful. Food was decent (Breakfast). We had one room that has a broken AC , however the stuff changed our room on the next day. Great Value for money. recommended.

The bathroom did not have a ventilator and the window was screwed shut.

The room was exceptionally cleaned and everything was in good order. Breakfast was delicious.

The room with the view to the see is not like in photos. In reality the see view room is with view to an old building and other building and you see only little part of see.

Some rooms were renovated some did not. Pool is small and full of people.

Breafast and location was great. Hotel leaves extra towels for beach and also bathrubs. Thry leave as a gift bottle of wine. Great customer service.

There were water and electrical shortages but that seemed to be out of the hotel’s control given the fire crisis on the island. The staff seemed to be doing the best they could given the situation.

it’s not a luxury hotel at all but as an evacuee from the forest fire in the south of the island I was more than happy with my stay. The pool is very pleasant, and it’s across the street from the beach.

The room had comfortable beds and adequate accessories. Also breakfast was very good with multiple choices. We had very easy access to many critical areas ( old town-car rental-hop on bus etc. ) by foot.

Construction noise nearby

Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of staff (What a hoot!) Finnish guy I believe. The staff were amazing and the pool area was fantastic.

Nothing. There’s a few things that they still need to finish off as the hotel is undergoing refurbishment. Which is absolutely fine, the bits that are finished are to a high standard. The work didn’t effect our stay at all. We had a brand new room which was excellent.

Great location, next to beach, close to medieval town. Local shops, bars and restaurants. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! Lovely pool & pool area. Helpful staff. Air conditioning. Clean. Wonderful shower. Balcony over looking the pool was superb view.
