The walk between the apartment and the beach front was a little dark.

Nice little apartment for a one night stay en route to Paros. Near the beach and bus stop. Bakery nearby as well. Very clean and had Wifi and aircon

Madame Koula is the essence of Greek hospitality, my luck brought me here as I had left from my job and I needed a place to stay. She welcomed me at night time, and her sweet words gave me some courage I so much needed. The room is a beautiful little two beds studio, the morning I woke up and I found other people that were staying there having their morning coffe with Madame Koula and her lovely husband! She gave us all her wishes as it happened an other gentleman was in search of work! Later that evening we both had found work and I’m really great full that I found this place when I was a bit down on my luck! Don’t even think about it, just go and meet this people with their beautifully maintained rooms and their positive energy!!! Thank you Madame!

The family atmosphere. Extremely welcoming, kind and available! The host, Kula is exceptional! The place is quite basic but very well maintained and clean and quiet. Strategic location with bus stop 2 minutes away and close to Perissa beach (about 10 minutes walking distance).

Staff were really kind. It was a family run property. We were greeted on our late arrival and seen off when we were leaving. We accidentally slept in because our phone clocks were wrong and received more worry than anything else in case we had missed our ferry. Very kind people.

Smallest bathroom of ever . About 1 m2 , more or less same size of the toilet in a aircraft. A part from this, everything was ok. If You are easygoing, this place is perfect for You :) I will go back there if I will be again in Santorini

The rooms are located near the center and the beach of Perissa. You can reach both within a few minutes. The most I liked the street along the beach where you have a big choice of tavernas and bars where you can have dinner sitting with the feet on the sand and watching the sea. The next busstop is max 200 meters away so that you can get to Fira and all other destinations very easily. The infrastructure is very good. The hosts care a lot to make your stay pleasant.

Apart from what I wrote above, just know that you cannot enjoy the beautiful sunset from this location. I can say nothing about the bakery the others wrote about in their reviews, because it was closed for three days. The bus stop is nearby, and you can go to other places by bus, in case you travel on a budget. For Oia, you can only go to Fira first, and then take another bus to Oia. In September 2023, the bus ticket is 1.60 euro to anywhere except for Fira. It is 2.20 euro to go to Fira. There is indeed a supermarket nearby, too. Carrefour. You get a tiny bar of soap, which would not melt at all. It feels like rubbing your body with a piece of tin. So bring soap. When I arrived, I found a small bottle of water in the fridge, which was great.

There are few houses on a small unpaved alley. The room was quite small, especially the bathroom, with the shower next to the WC, and there was a sort of flood immediately after shower, so difficult to use the toilet for a short while. After flushing, there was terrible noise for long minutes, like a noisy waterfall. It must have been annoying for the neighbour. I could not help it, though. I could barely sleep with the noise. The small fridge is bit noisy, too. There are two beds, and I had to pay for both of them, even though I was alone. So I was bit unhappy with the high price, considering the modest room without view from the window or the door. There was a large oily stain on the sheet on one bed. Maybe it was clean and simply stained previously. The tap water is salty, so I cleaned my face with special cosmetics. I washed one top, and there were whitish stains on it afterwards after having washed it, so bring enough clothing items. The beach is quite far, even though I walk much. The alleys were deserted, and some people in a passing car yelled and scared me, so I gave up walking to the beach a second time. There is nothing at all to see or do in Perissa, except for the (pebbled) beach with restaurant. You can only walk to the bus stop and travel daily by bus elsewhere. Akrotiri is the nearest place, with the excavations, and a walk to the red beach, which is quite narrow and it was crowded when I got there. The location seemed good online, however I would stay somewhere in the middle of the island on a different trip, in Pyrgos or Mesaria. I chose this place because of good reviews. After mentioning the salty tap water, it seemed to be a cut in the conversation with the owner, she simply said ”no good English.” And when I reached home late in the evening on the next day, I found the waste in the bathroom. I had expected somebody to take it out. It is forbidden to throw paper in the toilet, and the smell was unpleasant. It is better to take out the waste.

The bathroom was too small and seemed to be dirty, the bed was uncomfortable.

The location was really good. The beach is 800m from the hotel, grocery 200m, bus stop 200 m. The room was small but modest.

The perfect hotel to spend your holiday in, literally beside the beach and to the bus stop, I really enjoyed to spend time there with my girlfriend, the room was clean and with everything, greatly recommended!

Absolutely everything. Authentic Greek and everything we wanted. The location is fantastic, near to the award winning bakery, supermarket and scooter hire. The beach is 10 mins walk with bars and restaurants. Bus stop outside … perfect. Mama cola and her family are lovely, very helpful and friendly. We loved every minute. The room is basic with twin beds with a dressing table and fridge. A small dressing area near the wardrobe. The bathroom is small and compact wet room. The shower is next to the toilet.. there is plenty of hot water and the shower is powerful. There is aircon. A table and chairs outside and a line for wet towels etc. Bed linen and towels are-changed regularly and the mattresses are firm which we liked
