I highly recommend Golden Evelyn, we had 2 apartaments with sea view, very spacious and clean. Also everyday they clean the rooms and change the towels. Our host, Christos was so nice, his hospitality was seen from the first day when he welcomed us with beers and dessert. Anything we needed he was there to help us. It has private parking inside his yard, it is a quite place, very close to Agia Paraskevi beach and also close to a very good restaurant.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside vacation. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, with modern renovations that made it feel fresh and inviting. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful getaway!

Everything perfect

We spent perfect time in Christos appartment, fully equipped and totally cleaned every day. My daughter got sick and Christos helped us to visit a doctor so thank you Christos for your care, we felt like at home with you and your family. I hope that we see you again next year :)

Cost of the room was a bit expensive, considering that breakfast is not included. We rented a scooter through the hotel,but we found out that the price for the same vehicle was pretty higher than the scooter rental place which is literally 100mt from the hotel, so I recommend to rent the scooter by your own and save 100 euros.

Very nice renovated room with modern style, bed was very comfy. Bathroom was ok. Good air conditioning system. Position is strategic to visit the best beaches which are in the west side of the island, and the centre which is on the south east side of the island. The owner was helpful to fulfil our requests and picked up us at the airport

Only thing we could think of was the environment in the surrounding areas (i.e roadways,dirt track down to beach) all seemed a bit rough and neglected although we understand much of the area had been recently upended by severe rain and flooding..however as for the accomodation, it was excellent in all ways

We returned this year to Golden Evelyn, this time with a 10 months baby, and we had the same great experience as the previous one. Christos, the host, has been always there for us, he facilitated the airport transfer and also helped us rent a car that has been brought directly to the location. We highly recommend this facility for all that it offers - cleanliness, spacious apartment, proximity to the beach, tavernas, supermarkets, and the most important thing, the great host!

Very clean, close to beach, shops and taverns. Well equipped kichinette, tv, free wifi, Ac working, confort bed, free parking at location. Towels were changed mostly every day, room cleaning also. The owner is kind amd helpful.

A lot of noise from the street, poor soundproof. Little and old bathroom in the bedroom. No smart tv, only greek tv channels, not so nice for an one week stay.

Good location near the beach, also a lot of restaurants around, near bus station. Nice view from the big terrace. Clean place with cleaning service included everyday.

Everything was perfect, maybe the main road in front the appartment and no pool, but the beach is very close.

The appartment was extremely clean and modern, equipted with Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bed is super comfortable. The host was very pro- active in communication before arrival, he can offer airport transfer.
