The stairs were a bit challenging, but that was part of the charm of the location in the caldera.

It was beautiful and well kept. And such an amazing location! We loved the mind-blowing views. The staff was fantastic and assisted with all our needs. Vassiliki, Miltos, Demetri and team were all outstanding hosts. We were a group of 12 in Santorini for two milestone birthday celebrations. They helped arrange taxis/mini-buses, restaurant reservations, take-out food, birthday parties. Even birthday decorations in one of the rooms. This was a lovely boutique hotel experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Agali Houses has a special place in my heart.

Music at the pool was not great / to my taste and interferes with enjoyment of the pool area. Would have liked milk for coffee in the fridge. Bathroom / shower and toiletries perhaps was not up to standard and drain overflow meant there was always water on the floor, but none of these impacted overly on our stay.

Beautiful room. Great hair dryer with diffuser. Comfortable beds. Awesome views. Friendly and helpful staff.

None of these are Negatives as such, just more a Heads Up/FYI: - There is no Restaurant or Bar in the Evenings, it would’ve been nice to have somewhere to sit, enjoy a drink with the view etc.. and just stroll back to the Room but you go to the Village which is 3 mins away. This didn’t spoil anything for us but would have been an added Bonus. - Just be aware of the steep steps to get down to the property, but that’s to be expected if you want to be in the Cliffs with stunning unobstructed views. I’m more flagging for someone with Mobility Issues, access could be a little more difficult!

- Location, Location, Location - It was Perfect! - Views: The most incredible views from your Room, including the Sunset! I pinched myself every time I stood on our Terrace. - The Rooms are amazing, really beautiful decorated & have everything you need. - Daily Housekeeping Service was a lovely surprise - The Porters carry your Luggage up & down the Steps, really impressive. - The Pool Setup is out of this world, lots of nice beds to Sunbathe on, Cold Refreshing Pool & lovely Pool Bar. - All the Staff were super friendly & efficient, I really didn’t want to leave!!

Fantastic location for a beautiful complex of different rooms. very pretty with a pool and lovely outdoor dining area overlooking the bay. staff absolutely delightful - more hangers, robes, tea, all provided instantly. shout out to Dimitris, Elion, and Miltos - all a credit to Greek hospital!

another great visit to Agali house. the view is stunning and location to get around island is perfect. staff and owners are amazing, we even got invited to enjoy Easter with everyone. can’t wait to come back for another visit to this special part of the world.

Only thing would be for the pool to be heated as it was ice cold so no one could go in it. But other than that everything was amazing !

All of this section of Santorini Island has lots of steps and walking up and down hills. Many of the steps in the community and at Agali do not have handrails so if you have balance or mobility issues check into whether you can access key areas of your resort or the community. AND be sure to let them know what your limitations are so they can choose an accommodating room if possible.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff and the view from my patio was amazing. Lots of steps to get to and from the rooms but the good part was I gained 5% muscle from all our treks. I was part of a group of 12 and it was great place to stage group and individual activities. Staff was very accommodating in arranging reservations, taxis, and other needed services. Food availability was great, tasty and plentiful. Well done Agali Staff!!!

there are 125 steps down to the property and they are very uneven. This is not a hotel for the infirm or elderly. The staff carried our cases down on arrival and up on departure. the terrace was an excellent area outside our room .

The amount of steps that you need to take to get to the hotel, but that’s just EVERY HOTEL if you want to stay with a Cantera View !!

All eastern Mediterranean problem, you cannot drop toilet paper to WC. Santorini is a bit expensive, a lot of tourists, what means at least some of them voluntary will pay more. Nevertheless, you can roam all over and find either cheaper and more expensive options.

Marvellous view on caldera. Outdoor spaces to seat and relax. Temperature (during Spring).

Everything was amazing.

You’ve got a great view from your hotel room and the pool area of the caldron. Sunsets are amazing. The room is wonderful. There’s public parking lot across the street from the hotel. There’s about 40-50 steps down from the street to the hotel. You are a 20 minute walk to the main shopping area on Santorini. This hotel is centrally located, but outside of the busy shopping district of Fira, but close enough to get there quickly. The room has an amazing sunset and caldron view.

Shame that getting access to drinks or snacks was so limited. Staff in cafe were not very attentive and somewhat unwelcoming on the one morning we decided to have breakfast. We seemed to be in the way. This was completely at odds with other staff we met in Agali Houses who couldn’t have been more friendly.

Fabulous views. Very quiet despite being very close to bars and restaurants. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Everything spotlessly clean and tidy.

Very hard scratchy towels like they were air dried so not fluffy. You were required to turn on hot water switch and wait 25 minutes for water to warm up prior to using the shower. Then the water was still not hot the entire showering time. Lots of steps to get to property. Lock box safe was provided but located on the bottom toward the back of the closet so it was difficult to access. Also have to use a key to lock it -- combination would be more efficient.

Staff was very attentive and kind. View was spectacular and we had a view of the sunset which was great. Location is good -- 70 steps down from the "street" and an additional 24 to room. Phew!! Room was comfortable and spacious.

Breakfast cost 15 euros and was great. Beautiful views and 5 star staff. Walked 10 stories daily up and down from room to main road, good excercise.
