You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe hotel has an unusual policy of serving water at breakfast one glass at a time. I guess they wanted to indulge the guests, but when it is crowded, it's not achievable.
The hotel has a nice boho chic design and the layout of the rooms is very nice, facing the garden and the sea. Every room has a large veranda or a balcony. Beautiful terraced garden which takes you to the breakfast area, the beach and the pool. The staff was very friendly, especially the cleaning crew and the bartenders. Very clean room and delicious breakfast. The location is great, only a ten-minute walk to Gaios.

CyprusI did not like the check out of 11:00. In all world the check outs are 12:00 first, and then when I asked for a favor to check out at 14:00 (to catch the ferry) I was told that the hotel was full booked. But when I check availability on booking .com for the day, there were plenty of availability. So the hotel did not want to bother helping the client staying 2-3 more hours. Other hotels do it as client service.

IsraelWe accidentally booked our last day in a separate booking and had to switch to another room. However, the check in to our new room was severely delayed and the answer that we got was that they had a problem with the cleaning. So instead of checking in at 3, we ended up checking in only at 6. The lack of clear communication and unclarity regarding the situation made it very frustrating. This is something that we'd expect the staff to prepared for. It's understandable that maybe the couldn't check us in earlier, but checking in almost three hours later, knowing that we are waiting since 11am, was a bit disappointing. Luckily we planned to be on the beach and in the pool for that day, so it wasn't that bad.
We had an amazing time at this hotel. The private beach is amazing - for us this was the main attraction. The pool and all the chillout areas are great as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we were especially pleasantly surprised about the little things (like a shaving kit) and the attention to detail. The breakfasts were delicious and the service was good. The hotel is a short (15-20) minutes walk from Gaios village, so it was really easy to go out for dinner or just to take a boat to Antipaxos without having a car or a bike.

AustraliaThe hotel had a very relaxed ambience. The location was great, right on the waterfront. It was a 15 minute very scenic walk into the town, as the road was along the water. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The wellness instructor Christina was fabulous, she runs 4 classes a day. Make sure to do the hike, she takes you to a beautiful outlook, the Tripitos Arch. Evelyn the manager was wonderful, making sure everyone was well looked after.

United KingdomThe only thing was the variety of food. At times we wanted a simple snack of fries, a sandwich, nuts or crisps etc. The food is good! Just could do with some low level things to offer too by the pool side.
- pool is large and a great depth - right by the sea which provides amazing views and very refreshing for a swim - staff are amazing. So friendly and work really hard to make us comfortable and well looked after - location is good- 10/15 min walk to the port where all the restaurants are - rooms are really clean - large beds We didn't want to leave!!
