Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Also staff were available to drive us to the Old Town, which is within walking distance from the Resort. Accomodation beautiful. Magnificent view of the sunset from the Sunset pool and bar area. Great breakfast. Dinner in Restaurant superb.

Our experience at the resort exceeded our expectations regarding hospitality. They were all extremely helpful, hospitable and personable. The dinner at the resort restaurant was excellent. The breakfast spread offered quite a variety. The room was nice. Could use some tidying up on the construction details. The pool was nice with a great view (we were on the Sunset side of the resort), but it really needed to be heated. it was too cold and very few people used it. We wanted to jump in, but too cold. The location was close to the town of Mykonos and it made it easy to visit it. The staff was available to transport us when we requested it.

The resort itself is lovely, but I can't explain how wonderful the staff at the resort were. Their service truly brought our stay to the next level, and I cannot rave about it enough. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a lovely central resort in Mykonos. The staff picked us up from the ferry terminal, dropped us into town (when requested) and dropped us to the airport at the end of our stay, all free of charge. There were so many other examples of wonderful service from the staff and we felt so welcomed. We did not want to leave! We hope we can return to Mykonos again soon :)

United KingdomMy third visit to this wonderful hotel and I am still amazed by the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff. Panos and his team go above and beyond to ensure every guest enjoys their stay. They offer a complimentary pick up and drop off to the airport and are also able to drive you to into town every night without a charge. The rooms and facilities are spacious and clean and we enjoyed many lunches at the pool bar. The food in the main restaurant is delicious and would definitely recommend to have dinner here. There is also a bus stop directly opposite the hotel so you are able to visit a range of lovely beaches. We loved our stay at Aeolos and will sure be returning!

This was a true resort! The 3 wings were all amazing, the rooms were spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which makes it hard to leave. Great breakfast until 11am. We were treated like royalty being offered transfers to and from the ferry as well into town. Lovely beach bar service!
