The shower head came apart

The location was amazing and the Manager (Dino) was incredible. He went out of his way to explain so much about the island, recommendations, how to get around and also picked us up and dropped us off at the Port (along with another friend who didn’t stay at the accomodation). He continuously helped us out with so many favours and we can’t speak more highly of him!

The front door needed to be locked in order to stay shut. Honestly that was it. Everything else was great.

The hospitality exhibited by Dinos was unmatched. He gave so many good recommendations in terms of restaurants and things to do. He was always available to answer questions and made it known we could contact him at any time for anything. The location of Aelia is great as it's a short drive from the port, a 2 minute walk to the central bus stop and grocery store, and a 5 minute walk to the edge of the commercial district of town. The room, as well as the entire property, was super clean. The AC worked well. Lastly, the value for money was outstanding. Our friends stayed in nearby properties that cost 2x and 3x more per night and we don't think they received anything extra or fancy for the price.

Perfect location, and our room was just lovely. Constantinos, Dinos as he goes by, was absolutely wonderful. He picked us up and dropped us off at the port. He took us around to help us get situated in the area, gave us great advice, and checked in with us everyday via WhatsApp. The hotel was lovely, but Constantinos really made our stay truly special.

Nothing, everything was perfect

We had the most incredible stay. The room was in a perfect location, steps from the main town yet still in a very quiet back street. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including great air con). Dinos was one of the kindest people I have ever met and he took care of us so well. We had a medical emergency and not only did he drive us to the health centre, but he consistently checked up on us even after we had left the island. We will be back as soon as possible! Thank you!

The staff went above and beyond to help all the guests. We got transport to the port to catch our ferry. The rooms were very clean, spacious and quite. Close to the bus station and the nightlife of Ios.

Kostantinos is the greatest host, he was super kind. He picked up us at the port at our arrival and he drove us back there when we left. The position of the structure is optimal, very close to the fun and the restaurant but still quiet. Definitely recommended if you are visiting IOS

So impressed with the service here. Family run business, Dimos went above and beyond for us, he knows a lot about the island and was very helpful in planning our stay. Rooms are modern and very clean. Great location, just a couple minutes walk to all the restaurants, shops and bus stop. It's in a quiet area away from the bars, however you might hear drunk people coming home during the night. No one was partying at the hotel in the evenings though so it's quiet. Very happy with our stay here!

We LOVED everything.

Excellent people and accommodation! It's a family business, we met almost everyone and we really liked all of them! They were really kind and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed, they took us from and to the port with no extra cost (it's the first time we saw something like this), and they even offer to take us to a restaurant which wasn't near from our apartment, so we don't have to pay a taxi to go. Absolutely adorable! Our room was very clean, we had everyday a cleaning service to our room (we didn't expect it cause it's an apartment, not a hotel room). Everything was perfect! The location as well. Although it's located at Chora (the main part of the island), it's from the opposite side so it was perfectly amazing. Near to everything and far away enough from the noisy nights at Ios! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED. If we ever go back to Ios, for sure we are going to stay here again !

We had an amazing stay. Dinos is the best host we have ever had, always kind and helpful. He picked us up at the port and took us back for departure, and helped us to make a reservation at an amazing restaurant. The studio is actually a big one bed room apartment. Location is great, close to the city centre but quiet during night and within few steps from the bus stop. I absolutely suggest this place!

The hotel is situated close to centre of Chora, there are a lot of shops, caffe bars and restaurants. The room is very clean with nice furniture. It is run by a family, they are very friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
