Location was pretty bad as there is a shortage of taxis on Kos and you can wait for over an hour for one. After the room was cleaned there was no soap, and were a towel short. Could not open the window in the bathroom as the nob was missing, making it a steam room.

Very friendly staff, they were all with a smile and were eager to help. Food was nice as there was a mix of Greek and other dishes.

- no gluten free food even if requested -shuttle bus runs only, 9,10,11,12,13,17,18:00. There is only 5 taxes on the island so getting taxi took always atleast 30min. - classes were dirty and we told them about it but they said its the water ... - Food was average, no helathy options. that much. - this hotel is far away from the city of kos and there is about 1 km to walk from the stop where the shuttle buss droppes you off. by walk it takes 45 min to walk to the city

The whole stay was amazing. We were a group of 4 guys and had a great time over 6 nights. The staff were instantly warm and welcoming upon arriving at 2am. Instantly impressed with the complex of buildings and it looked great lit up at night. The room was fantastic and spacious. The room was cleaned often and the towels were changed more than enough. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all nicely laid out and the selection was always really good. The staff were absolutely amazing. Whenever we needed a drink Earnest was the man to go to! The entertainment crew were always a good bunch and we loved the darts, aqua gym, water volleyball and the array of evening entertainment. By the end of the stay it was like we were all friends. The music was incredibly catchy too, so much so we had to ask for the playlist so we could recreate the aqua gym In the bath at home. We didn't use the shuttle bus as we just got taxis which were always readily available and pretty cheap into and out of town. Food such as hot dogs and toasties were always a go-to option and even some days they had chicken gyros and burgers freshly made. What more could you ask for!

Food temperature could of been warmer, and choice could be a bit more varied. Also so many wasps.

The food at the restaurant was substandard.The cleanliness and service in the room left to be desired. You could see se signs of limescale into the toilet and they did not provide new towels or soaps . And last but not least, the room was noisy due to some animals (rats or birds ) into the roof. After two days we had to escalate our concerns to the receptionist. However, they said there was nothing they could do without even changing the room. I'd highly advise against it.

I don’t really want to say anything negative because I had a great stay and enjoyed my time there, however my Apartment was not clean upon my arrival, during my stay housekeeping visited daily, but they did not clean, just changed bedding. Half emptied bins, rinsed out cups in Bathroom, Patio furniture and area was very dirty. Although exterior is beautiful, inside apartments are not so. Missing/cracked floor tiles, no phone line, Air Con not consistent, TV no signal, bleached/chemical stains on bedding and some stains on pillow cases. No milk for tea/coffee facilities or spoons. little things, that with improvement or redoing, will make a massive dig fence to overall experience. A lot of Wasps and flies around the Pool Bar and Cafe. Also Restaurant area, which can be off putting.

The staff made the stay! so friendly and helpful! Did all was possible to make the stay enjoyable and relaxed. Spacious area’s, well set out properties in beautiful surroundings.

The hotel amenities were very premium, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. I have to mention Filippos, who helped us find our room and made sure we had a bathtub. He also transported us with the hotel kart, very skilled driver;)

The rooms were unclean no toilet seat for the stay we couldn't use the showers people throwing up the pool so we couldn't use it the water park was unclean the food was uneatable and the staff were rude unhelpful and my son caught food poisoning and they gave us a small bottle of water to help we couldn't buy anything on site as it was cash only the nearest ATM was 2miles away in a taxi that cost 10euro or a 1hr30min walk The free shuttle was on till 6pm but couldn't get on it as everyone else had pre booked it

The food is basic it could improve, kid's entertainment is very very poor, receptionist no very good, not enough staff in restaurant, they use staff as slaves, some of staff paid £700 Euros.

The rooms were dirty. You could see dirt and hair floating on the floor and spider webs on the walls and by the wardrobes. Room service did not come every day, and even when it came to clean following our request, they merely made the sheets on the beds, and all the dirt stayed on the floor as it were. Food was not good. It had great selection, but we would never probably order 90% of the stuff there if we had a choice. It felt like food was cooked a couple of days ago, and for example, for lunch, you got the leftover sausages from the breakfast with some sauce. We ended up feeding on Greek salad and Greek cheese which was very good, and pasta almost every day for the children. There was decent ice cream (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry). With a few notable exceptions, stuff was not polite, and borderline rude. They hardly talked to you, and they never bothered if you had a request outside exactly what was offered, even if they could easily accommodate it. Though, to be fair, I think they were too few of them and they were being overworked.

The setup of the hotel is fantastic, and it had great potential. Lots of pools, big spaces and even a (basic) water park. Also Anya at the Kids club did a great job at keeping the kids entertained in the evenings. Mini Disco was our standard 8pm activity with the kids, while we enjoyed a drink by the pool.

The bathroom was not great, the shower was over the bathtub that leaked heaps of water which we had to use several towels to soak up the water, water took a long time to warm up which wasted a heap of water just waiting for it to get warm. the bathroom was also dirty. the bedroom curtains were broken and unable to close properly allowing a lot of morning light to come through. I notified staff multiple times about the leak but nothing was ever followed up, we also never had room service that were supposed to come clean the room daily and refresh our bath towels as we had to use so many to contain the water on the bathroom floor and the wall from our room to the car wasn’t great, we were told there was parking available but only 4 spots for an entire resort

The pools and sun baking areas were great, enough spread out throughout the resort so it was quite peaceful to relax.
