Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceI recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful guesthouse in Mpatsi, Andros, owned by George and Tasos. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The guesthouse was impeccably clean, comfortably furnished, and perfectly located to explore the beautiful surroundings. George and Tasos were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their hospitality and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Andros and give it a well-deserved 5 out of 5.

BelgiumIf you don't like stairs, this is not the right place for you. George has only breakfast and a lot of different coffees on his menu, but if you stay a bit longer, you'll notice he also likes to cook - but no menu for it!
George made us feel at home. The kids loved the place. No stress. Cosy breakfast. Great view.

GermanyAdonis Guesthouse is wonderful located and has awesome hosts. Anastasios speaks both german and english, George speaks english. Both are very open, friendly and helpful, answering all questions on the island, helping whenever help is needed and giving tips and advice about activities. There are several nice restaurants nearby. You'll find a "real" supermarket in 10 min walking distance, some small shops are even nearer. Hit: I loved the bakery nearby offering fresh pastries, bread, cake, baklava - you name it! Simply great :) If you need a breakfast, a coffee or a beer you'll get it served at the Guesthouses' nice terrace for a very reasonable price. Note that the kitchens' equipment is very simple and not meant for heavy cooking.

Best value in the whole island. Big room, very well priced, in a great location. Giorgos, who is managing the property, is a great host, very likeable. Good amenities, great view from the balcony.

GreeceThe room requires major renovation and rework by a professional construction team. The walls were partially painted, the single small window wouldn't close without a latch, everything from the indoor staircase to the kitchen counter was built using scrap materials, the TV was one of those tube TVs from the 90s, the shower curtain was barely hanging from a chain that was about to fall out of the ceiling. Generally, it was evident that the entire room was built with the lowest possible cost in mind or was left unfinished for some reason. But if all you care about is the cheapest possible room to sleep in, this will work just fine.
The price was right for what was offered. The beds were comfortable enough for a low cost room and the room was quite clean. The particular room we stayed at could accommodate 7 people easily and the location was perfect if you want to stay at the heart of Batsi. The owners were very friendly and assisted with our luggage from the parking area which is a few hundred meters away from the property.
