Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Perfect location on a side street with little traffic, yet very close to Acropolis. Everything new and clean. Excellent rooftop breakfast with great view. A woman owned business if that matters to you, and a well run property if is doesn't.

Location just meters from metro & walking street. Great water pressure, updated bathroom & bedroom space. Breakfast was simple but fresh & delicious… & the view cannot be beat!

The AD Athens is right in the heart of Plaka. Right near the Metro but also walking distance to all restaurant and shops. So close to Acropolis. Best shower (for women not wanting to get their hair wet) I have had I. Any hotel around the world. View from rooftop terrace (breakfast area) spectacular particularly at night

United StatesThe breakfast was continental and very Greek in terms of the pastry offerings. We enjoyed it, but I would have preferred more fresh fruit.
We were so impressed with this lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location. right outside the Plaka and very close to the Acropolis Museum. It seemed a great value for such a premium location. There are plenty of very highly rated restaurants right around the corner and lots of shopping, including a grocery nearby. Convenient for using the Hoho bus to get around as well. Rooms were very comfortable, AC was outstanding, and the lovely owner could not have been more gracious. There was always someone at the front desk to open the door or help with questions, 24/7. The rooftop deck was a huge bonus, both for breakfast or to have an evening cocktail (byob), with the stunning Acropolis view to enjoy. The barrista at breakfast was so kind and made the best coffees, whatever you wanted!

The location, staff, and breakfast were phenomenal. The rooms were very nice. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast during my entire tire time in Greece.
