Code given to access the apartment did not work, but was swiftly sorted via Whatsup. No access to the outdoor space - door locked, no key provided, but it was advertised at the time of booking. No kettle in the kitchen.

Lighting in living room area was a bit dim if one wanted to read in the evening.

Great location near the main entrance to the Acropolis. 15-20 min walk to Acropolis museum and 2nd entrance to Acropolis. Short walk to numerous restaurants and two supermarkets. Spacious apartment with nice terrace. Great view of. Acropolis from end of street, especially at night. Host quickly replace a broken electric kettle.

Couch in the living room was broken. Even if it is not broken, they are not very comfortable to sit! We arrived early in the morning to the city, but unfortunately we couldn’t leave our luggages, we have to wait until 1pm. I’m a traveler, and it is the first time leaving a luggage became a huge(!) problem.

Our host was wonderful. She responded very fast all the questions we asked. During our trip our son got sick and our host even helped us find a hospital. The house was above our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The location was very good. It was enjoyable to reach everywhere by walking from the house.

If I absolutely have to say smth - we found the lighting in the living room too dark - makes reading impossible. we even tried to change the light bulbs, but it's caused by the dark lampshades (Ikea?), while the ones in the bedroom are very bright - I'd switch the lampshades around. The kitchen utensils were minimal and an electric kettle didn't work. Didn't bother us much, but might be good to check.

This is an amazing property literally steps away from the acropolis, agora, plaka, supermarket, and all the main sites. It's also steps away from the Athens observatory which I strongly recommend to visit at night. The living room window oversees ancient ruins of a zeus temple amidst olive trees... Couldn't believe how perfect the apt's location was especially given the amazing value for money it offered too. And it's clean, nicely decorated and has everything a family (or a group of friends) needs. The check in was easy with a key in a safe box by the door and Maria was always in touch via WA checking if we needed anything.

the beds... we were 6 and the 2 people who had to sleep in the armchairs was terrible... a stone is more comfortable. very hard armchairs and with a metal bar that crosses them in such a way that it is impossible to accommodate you. If you offer accommodation for 6 and everyone pays the same, 4 sleep well and 2 suffer all nights...its not fair

Location was perfect. in an area full of bars and restaurants, lots of nightlife and movement. 5 minutes from the acropolis.

There was a difficulty in contacting the host via message, largely due the booking.com website not showing me the messages. We tried through the phone however there was language barrier and so the messages were necessary for translation.

Location is exceptional! Located in spacious and kind local area. It has an incredible view of the city and has close access to the metro. Felt really safe. The flat was great with clean comfortable beds. With a great cosy little terrace.

The toilet sit was broken something they could fix before. The lighting in the living room wasn't the best and in the bedroom exactly the opposite. You should consider switching the two.

Very good location. Taxi couldn't get close to the apartment. Apart from that, it was in an excellent location.

cockroaches. Coffee machine was missing part and unusable. For some strange reason central heating was on. In July. All windows secured by bars except front one. This one was high up from the ground. in the event of an emergency it would be very difficult to escape. Cockroaches. There was a small yard at rear surrounded by razor wire which would also hamper emergency evacuation. Overall though a nice space, especially for cockroaches. And people.

A few minor things were missing. Like a corkscrew, sugar / creamer for coffee, and drying rack for clothes if doing laundry. One of the beds seemed to be broken, sunk in the middle, and separated during the night.

Location was perfect. Walkable to all of the attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Very clean, modern place and had a cute outdoor sitting area to relax.

Avoid this property. It is nothing like the pictures it advertises itself with. The furniture is different and cheap. The apartment felt very grotty and dirty. The white towels provided were grey and stiff with grim. Saw evidence of bed bugs. We entered and left the property within ten mins and I have asked booking.com for a refund

In the photos it had beds but on arrival there was air mattress which were comfortable but not ideal or what I was expecting and paying for. Fold out couch bed not very comfortable. But had everything we needed for a family of five. A kettle and a sharp knife would have been a bonus. Overall loved out stay.

I paid for a two-bedroom apartment with proper beds, but we were given air mattresses and one locked bedroom instead. This is a clear breach of the service I paid for. What is on the pictures of the property, well not the same when you are in the apt.

Beds were plastic inflatable airbeds. Host explained it was due to bedbugs in athens but we were all so uncomfortable. The boys ended up on the sofas in the living room and we hardly slept. If bedbugs don't like plastic, would a mattress on the floor, covered in plastic be better? More comfortable, maybe. We managed though as it was 2 days.

BED BUGS! We woke up in the middle of the night wondering why we are so itchy, turned on the light to discover dozens of bed bugs in both beds. There were also bed bugs in the closet. This seemed to be a large infestation, not just a bug or two. We messaged the host right away and she was very apologetic and seemed willing to give a full refund. Unfortunately, the booking app had no way of requesting a refund once the stay had begun and their customer service chat was unresponsive and unhelpful. Upon returning home, I called booking and they said they could not issue me a full refund without authorization from the host which they had not received. Aside from the bed bug issue, the couch in the living room was broken, the lights were missing bulbs, and generally the place did not seem well maintained.

The host was fairly responsive and check in was smooth.

Fantastic location right next to all the highlights of Athens. The flat is spacious, well equipped. We stayed there during the hottest week of the summer and it was absolutely fine with AC in use.

The location is perfect. Two minutes away from spectacular views on the Acropolis. 10-15 Minute walk to the Acropolis and Ancient Agora. Very quiet, nice backyard veranda. Very pleasant neighborhood.
