The main issue was both during our one night stay and also during our rest during the next day, we woke up a few times itching from bug bites. It was definitely not mosquitos. Made me think there were bedbugs in our room, but didn't see evidence and didn't look too much because it was only 1-day stay. Breakfast was ok. Could be better. Pool area is little bit clostrophobic. Still, pool is a pool and always welcome. Price is a little bit expensive, considering overall experience.

We chose this hotel for its location, and it didn't disappoint. The location is perfect for Acropolis. 10 min walk. Although, the road to the hotel from subway is very steep and challinging with luggage. Staff was helpful and warm, no issues there. Room size was ok, the big plus is the balcony. There's a GREAT view of Acropolis from the common terrace area on 5th floor. You must go there in the evening and see for yourself.

Safe did not work and was reported to reception immediately however it didn’t get fixed. Breakfast was ok for a buffet.

Clean and a good location for the Acropolis Reception helpful recommending restaurants and ordering taxis. Milk and coffee wasn’t in the room but was soon sorted out.

Room bathrooms! No lock, thin door with gaps. Had to keep going use lobby, outside toilets during the day because there were 0% privacy with them. Very uncomfortable for a family.

Location was close to acropolis and main strip to Plaka. Felt like safe and comfortable area. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. Pool was cold and very relaxing. Everything about the hotel itself was amazing.

Breakfast was okay - could be nicer, a bit bland. Family room third bed was a sofa bed so not very comfy for our daughter. Room a bit small for more than a couple of nights. Lighting pretty bad - hard to get ready for the evening!

Excellent location for Acropolis and Plaka, about 10-15mins walk but still nice and quiet at night to sleep. Really helpful and friendly staff. Aircon good. Main beds comfy. Great shower. Loads of lovely places to eat nearby. Taxi to airport was 47 euros - the hotel arranged this for us so super easy. Pool was really nice and reception provided pool towels.

Small room-especially with 3 people. The pictures on website make it look bigger than what it was. The rooms were dusty. Curtains needed to be vacuumed and dusted or something. The Balcony's are not accessible. Lighting was a little dim. Maybe...larger TV? Haha!

Our room (a standard double room) was very small and felt cramped. We would stay here again, but choose a bigger room. Also our room's floor (3rd floor) was not on one level and we had to lift heavy suitcases up and down 3 steps.

Very nicely located hotel really convenient for the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum- quiet location. Good breakfast was included. The reception staff were helpful both at check in and in arranging a taxi for us to the airport. Our small room did have a mini-fridge and a room safe which we appreciated.
