You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesBecause of the flooding, there was no hot water and for a while no water at all and then no electricity. None of this was the hotel's fault, but it made our stay challenging.
We arrived during the flood and were well treated, all things considered. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the central location was interesting, and breakfast was good. The staff helped us find food when most restaurants in town were closed.

United StatesUnfortunately this time I could hear my neighbors very clearly using the bathroom. Alot. Like most buildings in Greece good plumbing and sound proofing them was not a consideration when building them.
This is my second time staying here. This time I had a King size bed and the balcony looked over the square. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly. Wifi was very good.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. The property was very clean inside and out. Excellent breakfast and very good WiFi. The rooms were comfortable and of good size. Located in the middle of beautiful Trikala, full of eateries, sweetshops and cafes .

United StatesThe only trouble I had was the laundry detergent used for the linens. The scent made my eyes water and scratchy and headache. Unfortunately I am allergic to scents and perfumes and whatever the linens are washed in really aggravated my eyes and head.
I loved the balcony and location. The hotel is a classic that has been kept up to modern standards.
