Nothing - everything was great!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! We stayed here with our 4 year old son who was really well looked after and we all had a brilliant time. The hotel is modern, pool area is beautiful and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Taxis are hard to find in Mykonos but the hotel has a driver who took us to different restaurants / beach clubs and we'd WhatsApp with 30 mins notice for him to pick us up again which made everything so easy.

The airport is quite close so you do have noise from the planes taking off. This didn’t bother us though.

The whole of A Hotel is modern, well serviced and clean. From the reception to the gym, bar and the pool there is not a single thing which is out of place. This is the perfect hotel for solo travellers, groups of friends, families and couples. All members of staff are highly accommodating, extremely polite and proactive. The concierge and transfer assistance is very good and they are able to help with many things almost instantaneously. The bar/restaurant staff are highly knowledgeable on both food and drinks menus, are good at responding to dietary requirements and can offer countless cocktail variations tailored to the needs of their residents. For me, the fact that it is a family-run business adds a special element to the whole experience.

The only thing not being perfect was weak wifi signal in pur room.

The staff was very welcoming, ready to answer all your request, they offer rentacar on site which is very convinient, and possibility of guided tours and tranposrtation. Room comfortable and well equiped. Good location- 6min ride to Mykonos town, not suitable to walk. Nice pool area. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately the location of the hotel was a little disappointing. It is very difficult to get to mykonos town without transportation and the shuttle service can get quite expensive. It was also a bit noisy as airplanes flew directly over the hotel .

The staff is very nice and helpful, they really try to make every guest feel welcomed. The hotel itself looks modern and stylish, also the pool area is very nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was really tasty, if a little expensive - but that's probably normal for Mykonos.

Nothing, the only thing to keep in mind is the property is not within walkable distance to the town, but the property offers a taxi service which is so easy to arrange via WhatsApp and they’re always so quick at responding. They will be available to send a car during the night which is a big plus as taxis are hard to come by in Mykonos!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. An extra thank you to Sara at the bar who was always so helpful. The pool area is beautiful and not overcrowded, great cocktails and spacious rooms. I’d highly recommend this property!

At the check in we were only given one key for the room, we were later asked 3 times at the check out, if we forgot to give back the second key. The hotel offered a complimentary transport to airport or port. We chose the transfer to port, because we were leaving to other island with a private boat. But they repeatedly keep asking us for the boat tickets and where is our boat leaving and going. Which I think is very unprofessional. The rooms were cleaned late at 3pm. Also the coffee machine broke down at the breakfast buffet. This was not a problem, because they made it a the bar. The one thing that annoyed me is, that I asked for another coffee at 11:02, and they charged me 6€, because it was pass the breakfast hours (11am). I would of made it myself if the coffee machine was in working order. Some days the pool water was not that clean.

Nice and clean rooms with a small terrace, many options for breakfast- they are changing some deserts and snacks each day, nice hotel ambient especially around reception (even I don’t understand why they built another pool, which is just decorative not for swimming?),comfortable pool beds.

Just a little too far to walk to town but they did provide the most amazing transfers to and back to town for a few. The vehicles are amazing, you just what’s app them and in ten mins there there. At a cost but the ones fare included on the day you arrive and return back to the airport or port

The hotel area was really beautiful and we liked the interior and facilities very much. The pool area is nice and we enjoyed having lunch / dinner at the pool bar with a nice cocktail. EVERYTHING! Every single thing. From the service, to the place, to the food, spa, gym! Everything was amazing!!!! I highly recommend this to anyone coming to Mykonos! Super quiet, service is amazing, private transfers are available with affordable prices, and the breakfast is SUPER YUMMY! Totally worth every penny and will definitely come back. It was our honeymoon so they also left us a nice gift in the room and upgraded us at no cost 🥹♥️
