Suited our purposes exactly.

Modern, clean & comfortable with a perfect quiet location - which was very easy walking distance to ferry port, bus terminal and ‘old’ town shopping / restaurants. Ideal for a couple, a simple ‘bed sit’ with AC, full size fridge essential for hot weather & 2 ring hot plate. We enjoyed our stay on Naxos at 3 wishes and hope to return.

The room was perfect, clean and had everything you needed. Everyday the room was cleaned and sweets and fruit left by the lovely mother in-law (sorry never got her name ) Evi was so nice could not fault anything. Will definitely come back to stay next year. Thanks for the perfect stay. Murray

Air con in the bedroom wasn’t as good as the air con in the sitting area.

Clean, good location, delicious cakes, washing up liquid included as well as salt, cutlery, biscuits etc. Good value for money, attention to detail in rooms, friendly staff. Kettle included which is good.

Nothing, it was one of the best organised accommodation we gave stayed at.

The property was perfect, the room was very appealing, modern & very clean. The apartment was 6 years old, but you would think that it was built yesterday. The bathroom was superb, modern, spottles, great shower. There was a complimentary bottle of water, fruit in the fridge, some packaged toasts, butter, honey & jam. Some cutlery, dishes & cups, an nespresso machine & pods. The owner had gone to a lot of trouble to ensure guests were happy. There is no reception, but there is usually someone there until 3 pm. If you arrive late, entry will be organised for you. Owner will text , email or use what's app to send you information about your stay the day before. The price is great, location good & easy to find. The name of the accommodation is clearly displayed on the outside, you can't miss it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naxos & would definately stay at 3 Wishes again. There are facilities to store bags after checkout, which was also great.

This is a magnificent studio apartment - 5 star luxury, comfortable, spotlessly clean and great value for the price. We got a great welcome from Evi and her mother in law, and appreciated fresh fruit and home made cake each day.

The balconies in our room were facing a rather busy road, so it did make some noise, but this was not a problem for us, and would definitly not stop us from booking there again!

The room was Great, and Very High standard! The cleanliness was also super, and we enjoyed the baked goods we got with each cleaning!

I have stayed at the 3 Wishes by myself in September 2023 and really enjoyed staying there. So when my parents also wanted to visit Naxos, I booked our stay there for a week. My parents had the big appartment with the terrace that I had last year (Armonia), and I had the one next to it with the balcony (Evda). The appartements are all very spacious, modern and very clean. The location is perfect, since you're right at the edge of the center of Chora but it's a still a nice quiet neighborhood which we love. The center of Chora is very close, you'll be walking through the beautiful narrow white alleys in minutes. There's also some nice restaurants nearby. But what I love the most is the hospitality and how you immediately feel welcome, almost like you're coming home. The host(Evi) is extremely kind and helpful, and her mother in law is also a sweetheart. When we came back from exploring the island, there would always be some local sweets and/or fruit on the kitchen counter. We would've stayed longer if we could, but sadly we had to go back home. I highly recommend staying here, and I really hope to come back again in a few years.

There is nothing not to like

This is a real find and value for money. The place was spotlessly clean with great towels and linen. Comfy bed. Evi the host was most welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Small kitchen with coffee maker, jug and utensils if you are sick of eating out. Close to the port with its restaurants and supermarket but very quiet. Car parking in a very close public car park if you hire a car. Very well recommended.

Hot water was a bit scarce, but time of year could be the reason, 12c minimum (Probably couldn't be helped), tight kitchen facilities, but still functional enough, otherwise, it was absolutely perfect. We very much enjoyed it.

Gorgeous room, comfy bed, fresh cakes/slices provided, 5 min walk in to main precinct. A very welcoming family run hotel.

The apartment is super well located. It is a 5 min walk to Chora through the little streets. There is lots of parking as well (either on the street or 2 min walk in a free parking lot). The two balconies are nice to simply relax in the morning before starting your day. Overall, couldn't be happier with our stay. Plus Evi is super nice and responsive

I could not have picked a better place to stay for my first solo trip! Great location in a quiet neighborhood about 5-10min from the city center. The bed was very comfortable! The host and her mother in law are very friendly and helpful! I felt right at home. I'm gonna miss the daily baked goodies on the kitchen counter to be honest. Will definitely come back here when I get the chance!

Outlook from the balcony, quite dark on the staircase up to the first floor apartment.

Location of property is good for access to the town, port and bus stops, although located on the main road into town there was no traffic noise. Very nicely decorated in a bright and modern design, comfortable bed with linen change every couple of days. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower, hot water always available. Small kitchen area, basin, 2 ring hob and a small fridge, enough crockery for 3 including some cooking utensils. Outside a small balcony with table and 2 chairs unfortunately overlooking an area of waste land and other properties, but that I guess is symptomatic of town living. Evi and her mother in law are excellent and friendly hosts and provided information along with fresh fruit and cakes daily for us to enjoy during our stay. All in all a really nice apartment with everything you could wish for.
