It’s hard to describe what a fantastic stay we had. From the very beginning Andreas was incredibly helpful sending us useful information before our stay and responding to any queries we had incredibly promptly. The property itself is in a fantastic neighbourhood with some delicious places to eat and drink only a short walk away. The property was also immaculate with everything you needed or wanted. Andreas was easily contactable for the duration of our stay and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. If all properties were run like Andreas it would transform the hospitality industry. We will be back and staying for much longer next time!

Andreas was an incredible host and thought of everything. He met us when we arrived, showed us around the house. He gave us many fantastic suggestions and helped us to book restaurants etc: The house also had every appliance, food, drinks all provided.. The location was also incredible. There was nothing we didn't like.

Location was fab. Facilities were all as promised, the outdoor space with hot tub was a gorgeous space in the middle of Athens. Super comfy beds, wonderful linen, dressing.gowns for all. The welcome package (milk, OJ, wine, beer etc) was incredibly generous and really appreciated. Andreas, the owner, was fantastic in reaching out before we arrived in Athens, with lots of useful local info, and offered to book everything for us, including a couple of taxi rides. I would highly recommend this apartment, we were only sorry that we only had 2 nights there. It would be very easy to spend lot of time in this wonderful place, with loads to do in Athens. It's also in a wonderful neighbourhood full of good bars and restaurants, all very easy to walk to.

Nothing to fault.

Location of the apartment, the design and quality of furnishings, the hospitality of the host were all exceptional. Andreas showed us around the property and gave a detailed list of restaurant recommendations, several of which we tried and they were all well worth the visit. He even booked us a table when we decided to try one of the rooftop restaurants and we had a fabulous view of the acropolis over dinner.

Nothing - everything was perfect !

Attention to detail & hot tub was the icing on the cake … so nice to relax after a busy day seeing the monuments ! Beautiful apartment - everything you need is taken care of here. Andreas is the most gracious host… he really went above & beyond to make our stay so comfortable … he has made the apartment so lovely for our stay with little touches that go a long way! We can’t wait to come back & stay again. Thank you so much ! :)

Beautifully appointed property right next to the Acropolis! Andreas welcomed us to the apartment and gave us local recommendations including the most delicious restaurants. He provided some welcome drinks and milk for coffee (thank you!). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay including high end coffee maker and milk frother and every other kitchen device. Andreas made himself available to help during our stay with transportation around town and to and from the airport which was much appreciated. The apartment is spotless and the air conditioning worked perfectly! The hot tub and garden area is lovely as well. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Athens.

The location was perfect & the host, Andreas, was amazing! Extremely well appointed, the apartment had everything we needed (and more). The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. In addition to the numerous restaurant & activity recommendations, Andreas gave me the name of a nearby doctor & pharmacy when my son had an ear infection. It was very helpful having a native English speaking host. I highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was so beautiful and Andreas has truly thought of everything. We were travelling with our baby and he made things as easy as possible for us from the amenities in the apartment to his excellent recommendations for cafes and restaurants and things to do in the day. The location couldn’t have been better, only a couple of minutes walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum and lots of bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars close by. It was lovely that Andreas took the time to talk to us about Athens and shared lots of tips that definitely improved our stay and it was very much appreciated that he was so accommodating with any questions we had throughout our stay. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat!

I found nothing to complain about. There were no surprises and everything matched the online photos. Everything in the apartment seemed new.

The location, the property, and the host Andreas. Andreas had a printed lost of dining and shopping recommendations sorted by distance and spent time explaining the area, what to watch out for, how/where to exchange money and find a pharmacy. His personal dining recommendations, where to find a mini-mart. He also provided a simple map and explained walking routes to attractions. It was perfect. The apartment is very nice and fantastically located. The refrigerator also came stocked with a few sodas, beer, a bottle of wine, a liter of milk and juice. I can very highly recommend this property for you and your family.

Everything was perfect

Andreas was a fantastic host. He met us to give us the keys and gave us a map with lots of helpful tips. He explained how everything in the house worked and was on call and very responsive for any questions we might have over the whole stay. The jacuzzi was a welcome dip after a long hot day of sightseeing. The apartment is immaculate. Literally few mins walk away from the Acropolis, 5 mins walk to museum and lots of cafes and restaurants.

I had the pleasure of staying at the 1920's Apartment next to Acropolis, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the charming blend of historical ambiance and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable, with the Acropolis just a stone's throw away. The host's hospitality was outstanding. They were not only responsive and accommodating but also provided valuable local tips that enriched my stay. This is a super comfortable, impeccably clean and very stylish property. It is equipped thoughtfully with anything you could need absolutely the location is amazing. You are steps away from the Acropolis and, at the same time, so close to world class food, coffee, pastries. Andreas, the owner, is exceptionally kind, responsive and helpful. Several times, he assisted in securing dinner reservations and had excellent recommendations on restaurants, activities etc. Truly…this was an exceptional stay. Highly recommend.

My family and I had the best host ever. Andreas and Lucy arranged us a private transfer from the airport to the apartment and we were greeted by Andreas on arrival. Andreas gave us the best introduction to the area and Athens in general and we were equipped with personal restaurant/brasserie recommendations as well as links to museums and other places worth visiting. Andreas gave his own insights into making the best time in Athens and has regularly checked on us during our stay. The apartment was in best location you could possibly ask for! Lucy has done incredible job on apartment's interior and we felt the whole experience was lifted to another level. Truly, one of our best experiences so far! Thank you, Andreas and Lucy!

Andreas is a wonderful host, informative & accommodating, communication was efficient and promptly answered. The apartment was spacious and very clean. To top it off, a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day exploring Athen is the perfect ending! Location couldn't be any more perfect, 5-10min walk to all the major tourist sites, I would definitely rebook if I were to return to Athen again!!

Andreas & Lucy are the best hosts ever and the appartment was the best we ever stayed in! Beautiful, very clean and offers everything you could need (did you ever see birthday candles in any place you been before?) Arriving late in the evening, Andreas was waiting for us at the door to welcome us and explain us all about the property and Athens, while we could enjoy a cool beer or wine from the fridge that was kindly provided by our hosts. Wonderful host, very helpful and informative. Spacious, well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. Comfortable furnishings and large bathrooms. Secure surroundings and close to attractions, cafe's and grocery stores. Apartment has historical significance in that a famous Greek artist lived there and we enjoyed looking at books of his art.
