“We’re sad to be checking out of Eleven today, we’ve had a wonderful few days here. Thoughtfully designed with high quality fittings, the rooms are fresh and cool to return to after a day on the quiet little beach. The pool area is modern and very nice. The location is great with a bakery and coffee shop and supermarket which are walkable, and it’s only a few minutes by car into Rethymno. But the winning feature for us was the restaurant! Beautiful food, excellent service, great views… we were really looked after. We appreciate how fantastic the service at both the hotel and restaurant was… we would not hesitate to return here!!! Thank you Eleven staff you are brilliant, professional, and so friendly!!!”

The accommodation was great with a balcony overlooking the pool. Parking was at the back of the place and was always available. The staff were friendly and available.
The place had its own restaurant overlooking the beach where we had an excellent breakfast which was included in our price. We also ate there 3 days in a row for dinner and everything we had was so good and the owner and staff were very attentive. The prices to the food quality, the service was exceptional. The sea view and watching the sunset from this place was a bonus. It was a fantastic finish to our holiday.

The hosts are very nice and supportive. I highly recommend if you want to relax with kids. Our loved the pool and the play ground which saved us in the evenings :)”
