Every day we had a cleaning check every day apart from Sunday.

“Great location near the sea. Getting a key is not a problem even if you arrive around 22:00- 23:00 which is great. It gets cleaned every 2 days and has an air con which is very much appreciated since it can get super hot in Rhodes. Also, for the first day they have left some capsules for the coffee machine and a bottle of water which was very much appreciated! Great experience overall.”
“The property is owned by Panos who is a really nice guy and extremely helpful. We didn't realise this at first, so didn't contact him to ask for advice on various things - this was a mistake as he can help with everything from airport transfers to dinner reservations and where to buy the best local produce.
The villa is situated in a prime location - you can use the pools at the neighbouring hotel as long as you're buying drinks / eating etc. It is right next to the beach and several nice restaurants. Highly recommend Philosophia - gorgeous location and lovely staff.
Villa is massive, clean and airy, pretty much everything has been thought of.

So faboulous having the lovely pool and 2 different dining areas- one covered and the other providing beautiful views where you could enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
Manolis is one of the best hosts we have ever met- so welcoming, helpful of local sites, areas to visit, on good restaurants, trips, transport- was there to greet us on our very late arrival 0045), and to see us off. Allowing us a very late checkout, use of the villa for the entire day on day of departure (checked out 19.45) at no extra cost. Such an unbelievably, generous gesture.
Nothing was a bother to him.

“Very close to the beach, has a lovely restaurant with great food. Staff were fantastic, couldn’t have been anymore friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and well worth adding on as there isn’t many places doing breakfast close by.”
