“Traditional apartment in the heart of the mountainous village. The walk to and from the apartment was via narrow, picturesque steps, and we could say Kalispera every morning to the locals! The local taverna was very traditional and welcoming. The views across the village were amazing from the apartment and it's a great location to explore the whole Island eg northern and eastern coastline and beaches eg Apollonas, Moutsouna and inland eg, Halki, Aperianthos, Moni.”
“The apartment is incredible, pretty cozy, clean, comfortable and cute. There's ac, hot water, bath towels, many kitchen facilities (and they're clean and good to use). The only issue is the location, if you don't rent any vehicle and rely on public bus, you have few options during the day to come back, which will shorten your possibilities (bit still possible to enjoy the island), but anyways, I really recommend to stay there, it's amazing and calm.
Nearby there are some restaurants, cafe and a small market.
And finally, to arrive there, the owner was very helpful, giving the maps coordinate, but in general, it's pretty close to a place called Matina & Stavros Tavern.”

Very close to the excellent taverna. They are prepared for cold weather - a thick blanket is available, which we appreciate in the second half of April.”
