The place was quite difficult to find, luckily the email sent by the owners finally helped us.

Since we were there to take the cruiseship on the day after, the location was absolutely perfect. The stay was very good and comfortable, we appreciated the kindly offered bottle of water.

The location feels very unsafe and it is a shame because it is ideally situated next to where we normally take the express des iles but it feels like you might be robbed when you come outside

The only small inconvenience was that the rooms are not very soundproof, you can hear the other guests talking.

The property is very close to the ferry terminal, you can see even see the ships. This makes it an ideal place to stay the night before a cruise. The bed is also quite comfortable. The is a terrace with a big table and a kitchen available to all the guests, to make breakfast.

Building and lift is becoming a bit run down

This is an affordable, centrally located accommodation in Pointe a Pitre. It had all the facilities that made our stay comfortable and we liked it enough to do a return stay as it’s location is close to bus and ferries we needed. Good air con, wifi, and shared kitchen facilities. Staff were responsive by email and although we didn’t directly meet them they provided clear instructions to access our accommodation

The Wifi password indicated on the flyer in the room was incorrect. This led to a whole lot of trouble, cumulating in having to walk to the port with 35 kgs of luggage in the morning because I could not access the internet to make a reservation for a taxi. There is no taxi stand or bus station near by. Even though it is not to far, this was very stressful.

The location is ideal to spend one night if you catch the ferry the next morning.

Mosquitos were already in the room when we arrived, so we had bad night. I see some other rooms had mosquitos net over the bed, but our room not.

It was ok to stay one night, before boarding cruise ship. I liked tea / instant coffee at the room. And self checkin was quite simple.

The room itself is ok and possibly a very fair offer in this area. Unfortunately Pointe-a-Pitre downtown is not the perfect spot to be and walking after dark was not the most comfortable. Still the room looks safe and quiet, no issue here.

This place fullfilled our need which was to stay close to the ferry terminal for early departure the next day. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We received good instructions for how to find the place and the self check-in and check-out were convenient.

Cooking utensils are a little scarce.

Perfect location in Pointe-à-Pitre, especially if you're travelling by ferry, as it is very close to the ferry terminal. It's also close to the city center. A small supermarket is just around the corner. Spacious, quiet room with a little balcony, there was a small fridge, an electric kettle, tea and instant coffee available, and a nice, private bathroom. WiFi also available. On the big veranda is a kitchen available to all guests. Overall very clean. Managment was very supportive to ensure all went well at arrival and during my stay.

Lift in questionable conditions. Holes in floor. cockroach in the room. Not so easy to find Room was not ready at check-in time The bathroom is not practical and it feels old.

The building was old, the room/bathroom was old and the furnishings were very outdated . The bed mattress could do with a replacement. The owner responded rudely in a message when I asked how to exit the building as there was no signage and the big green button wasn’t exactly located in a logical place.

The location was literally at the cruise port. Perfect for a stay the night before but that is it.
