As mentioned by others the water pressure in the shower was poor. The saving grace was the water was hard so there was no problem rinsing off shower gel.

Great place to stay facilities worked and any issues were sorted by staff promptly.

The shower had no pressure to have a decent shower. The tap in the kitchen area leaked when turned on. The Fridge door didn't close properly. The power kept cutting out and the WiFi was poor at times. It got noisy outside at times with the cars horns and passers-by shouting.

A nice place to stay and relax, friendly staff, supermarket right on your doorstep. Just a 15 to 20 minutes walk from the beach.

The stove could have been better.. Had some electrical outlet problems as well. The chairs on the porch outside the room could be better.I actually feel while sitting, it must have been dried rot .Thank God I didn't get hurt badly!!! First week water system was normal, afterwards,had to take showers from a bucket, that was not good...

The dishonesty.

Disappointed that my wife and I were not served breakfast. We were told that was a mistake. We will make sure we will let others know about the bait and hook tactics to attract customers. Hope management rectify this blunder.

Good location. Apartment was cleaned and towels/sheets changed daily. Staff was very helpful and friendly. WIFI worked well. I can highly recommend this apartment for a place to stay. I could choose it as my accomodation for a holiday also in future.

The staff are really helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I missed my flight to Dakar and not being able to speak French a member of staff who could speak French gladly contacted my hotel to explain the situation. Excellent customer service.

The stove was not working good, the iron needs to be upgraded , the ironing board cover needs to be changed ,too many stain spots,dirty looking.

I liked tje size of the rooms ,it was clean,the location is great,staff was nice .I had one incident with with one of the cleaners whom I gave my clothes zo wash ,I forgot $50.in my pocket ( no doubt about it) I made a complaint to management about it,the girl who washed the clothes said "she searched the pockets before washing but didn't see any $ " Was a case of my words against hers.Was super upset about the dishonesty .

Lounge has tinted window onto main corridor which didn't make the living room area comfortable. A simple addition like blinds or curtain would rectify this. Pool didn't look as inviting as the photos but at least there was one there. Water flow could be better. No hot water at kitchen sink so had to warm water in kettle or on stove, so a bit awkward. Wifi strength was variable. Internet access also wasn't reliable but that's probably more to do with the 4G mobile network provider. Seems to be a common issue across west coast Gambia. It's great having a big airy lounge, but if you are having a tv in there it needs to be at least a 46". Was squinting my eyes trying to read tv text and EPG Would have been more convenient if the lounge light switch was two way i.e. switch at both ends, as had to walk across from bedroom door to main door just to put on the light for the lounge.

Large roomy apartment with terrace. Above Safeway supermarket although Right Choice is also nearby. Reception staff very helpful, special mention to Billy. Can explore local Kololi area, all seemed very safe neighbourhood.Taxis easy to get outside. Couple of eating establishments nearby. 15 minute walk to Tropic Centre, 20 to Senegambia strip. Beach is about 25 minute walk. Kitchen performed adequately, and enough pots and pans and cutlery. X-large bed, very firm and comfortable. Safe in bedroom working well and reliable Aircon in bedroom but ceiling fan was adequate. Plenty of wardrobe space and bedside drawers on both sides - such a bonus and enormously helpful having this furniture Ceiling fan in lounge Lovely cool air in the corridor straight off the ocean - great on those hot, dry days

Noise from the generator in some rooms

The rooms are spacious and the AC works. Hot water. Kitchen has basic equipment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Security at the gate, and the cleanliness of the accommodation is good. In the event of a power failure, the generator is started. Internet speed is sufficient for e-mail, newspaper download, etc.. Occupancy of the rooms was 40%. Februari 2022.

The apartment was very sparsely furnished. It could have done with some pictures on the walls. Also, there is no natural daylight in the living room, so the light had to be kept on during the day.

Arrived here to start a holiday. Found the apartments were clean, well organised and had all the facilities you could wish for in a holiday. Free air conditioning and wi-fi, hot water, a balcony and near enough to the beaches and the restaurant and night club areas.

I cannot think of any complaints I have for the property.

the property was very clean and quiet. the cleaning ladies came around every day to thoroughly clean the rooms. It was situated about one kilometre away from the main tourist areas with plenty of taxis nearby, although I could walk into the centre in about 10 to 15 minutes. It was a 10 minute walk from a beach. There is a supermarket downstairs to buy food and drinks etc. There is a large spacious dining and sitting area with enough cooking and eating equipment to cook basic meals. A large double bedroom with a cupboard to store clothes etc. A shower, sink and toilet area with plenty of hot water. The property has free wi-fi and air conditioning They let me store some clothes etc whilst I spent a few days touring the country and I could stay a few hours extra in my room on the last day after check out time free of charge.
