We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room smelled a little damp, the ship is obviously quite old and could do with some general maintenance. The shower head was broken and the wardrobe door kept falling off its runners.
Location is great, and the bar on the sundeck was a nice place to sit on the evening. Staff were very friendly and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

PortugalThe attitude of the bartender was somewhat arrogant when we arrived for our welcome drink. An attitude of.... not another welcome drink. Not the welcome we were expecting.
The Hotel was quite interesting for us. A good alternative being on the ship was an interesting change. Our room was large with a generous sized terrace. The buffet breakfast was quite good with the service being excellent.

United KingdomCan't turn off the ventilation in the room (separate to the AC) meant the room was always frigid. They offered me a heater! In July! Restaurant never displayed a menu and when you asked for one it was like you had kicked their dog. Very annoying giant telephone / control panel that took up the entire side table and couldn't be moved.
Lovely room, great view and location. Pool deck was very nice. Reception very helpful Glass of champagne on arrival was nice.

We paid for breakfast, a little on the pricey side but in keeping with the ambiance of the hotel, Cava for breakfast for example, Great location and lots going on around the yacht places to eat/drink dance sing etc.

United KingdomThe carpets because wheelie suitcases didn't move that easily on them. I heard that those in rooms facing the water were woken up by crazy building works which was unpleasantly noisy, so I'm glad we were the other side.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The happy hour was excellent value.

United KingdomThe location was great near to great bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed the pool bar although it shut at 7 which was not so good. Nobody showed us how to indicate to housekeeping that the room was ready to be serviced . You had to do it on the phone I had no idea !! I can't stand the small milks, teas and coffee packets you get in rooms please put some better products and fresh milk in the fridge!! The Sunborn is a 5 star hotel so please address this . Overall it was lovely.

United KingdomI loved the position of the Sunborn. To be able to look out of the windows and see all the yachts and the sea was amazing. Watching planes take off and land was awesome. It was also lovely to see the business of the harbour. The food was excellent in all areas. The staff were very welcoming I couldn't fault the Sunborn. Everything you requested was attended to and delivered. All the staff were very professional at all times

United Kingdomoutside bar closed at 8 main bar deck closed all time was there were we wanted to watch the sunset from there casino was closed / non existent to us we all got new clothes to dress up but no where on ship to go as no entertainment on Sundays not sure if we new this re entertainment may have missed it all in all bit disappointed but the rooms were great

CanadaWe didn’t really like the bed. Someone should have explained that if we open the patio doors and they aren’t fully closed. Although we thought they were. The AC won’t come back on. We had to call for service and he quickly discovered the problem. Thankful they came right away and took care of it.
