You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe location isnt optimal as you need to travel to the cable car to visit the Rock but its not a big deal. The food I ordered for room service was pretty bad, but maybe i got unlucky.
Its extraordinary in a good way since the hotel is one big ship. Staff was very friendly and helped me with all my inquiries. Breakfast is very good and the interior of the hotel is very luxe.

United KingdomThe pub noise on Friday night is very noisy, especially as there were bands and singers there til midnight, then a lot of the people moved to the bar at the bottom of the yatch, think its called Viceroys?? Maybe put a night comfort pack in the rooms, consisting of earplugs and eye mask. Didn't like the glass wardrobes opening both sides, in the bathroom and the bedroom. Some things should be kept private!!
Breakfast choices were excellent, swimming pool and sunbeds were very good. Accommodation was very comfortable. The views were absolutely amazing.

The location, the rooms were large and clean with a good range of facilities …including clothes brush and corkscrew. The pool bar and pool were a lovely amenity however the pool steps were quite dangerous.

United KingdomWe booked a superior sea and runway view room with seated balcony. The views and room were amazing. The service from start to end was impressive. We had complimentary drinks for our anniversary. That was a nice surprise. I loved all the gadgets and as a Rituals Spa fan, I felt at home. If you want the extra little touch to everything, then definitely book here. Far too many to mention here. The location was great for accessibility for dining options, and travel. Staff were very friendly. Requests were met within 5 to 10 minutes. I loved using their app. Very useful and efficient. For the price you pay per night, you would expect breakfast to be included. The food was nice, however the cheesecake was tasteless and the waiter and chef were not really interested about that. Plenty of places around to eat. Had a massage which was great. Pool was small and busy so just used the loungers for awhile. Amazing sunset views from the top deck facing the sea. The people in Gibraltar are the nicest, kindest and helpful people. Thank you to the reception team, spa team, cleaners, bar staff, and maintenance chap. I would definitely stay there again.
