The room was exactly the same as pictures, surprisingly. Quality linens and the bed was comfortable. There was no elevator, it might be troubled if you have lots of luggages. But the location is the best if you love walking around old town. By the way, breakfast was so good!

The hotel is on a short pedestrian street but the staff helped me with my suitcase to the waiting taxi

Perfect location in the old town, very close to Meidan Square. Beautiful views from the rooms on the old town, the churches and the river. Gorgeous decoration in both the bedrooms and the breakfast room. Very friendly staff

Beautiful hotel with unique decorations in the room and throughout the property. Very clean. Friendly staff. They speak English too. Breakfast is excellent with lots of variety and they will make eggs for you to order. Only thing is it's on a walking street so it's necessary to walk from the car drop off point, but it's maybe 100 feet or so. Was not a problem for me at all. Also it's steps away from the bath houses, which is what I wanted. About 3 minute walk to the baths.

This might be the most beautifully decorated hotel I've ever stayed at. Walking into the lobby and then the rooms is like walking into a painting. Just beautifully done, a blend of traditional Georgian style and modern touches. Besides the decor, I enjoyed a very comfortable bed, a nice balcony, and everything else about the room. Breakfast was also decent, though not exceptional. Location is great also. I would stay here again and was sad to leave.

Need to climb quite a few stairs and alleys to reach hotel entrance. No elevator in hotel. Noisy environment, especially at night with young people outside the hostel next door.

Great location, old stylish building with matching decor. Had a very big room with a fabulous view. The owner, Tomas, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The design of the bathroom is one where there is no shower door so the whole room gets wet after a shower. But this would not put me off coming here.

Show section is not completely isolated, so water splashes a lot in bathroom. But I see most of rooms are built that way in Georgia.

We have arrived very early, and we could check in earlier :) It's located in very convenient place, though a taxi would not find it so easily.

Room was slightly smaller than expected.

A very comfortable stay. Great location for those who want to do sightseeing in the Old Town Tbilisi area. The room was very clean. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Definitely great value for money. I particularly enjoyed the dining area decorated with antiques. Simple but delicious breakfast selection.

Room was tight with number of beds. Driving/parking challenging, but a circumstance of being located in the Old Tbilisi, not a fault of the hotel.

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, not much choice. No elevator meant that we had to carry our luggage up three floors. Unfortunately while we were there we had 2 fire alarms in the early hours of the morning due to guests smoking in the rooms which forced us all downstairs to wait for the police and fire department to clear the hotel which wasn’t ideal for a restful evening sleep.

Location was excellent, the rooms decor was beautiful, bed was very comfortable !
