It says 4 start, but there were no water bottles, tea spoon (room aminities). The bed was queen size, but the comfotor was only for single .

The lady host was so charming. It was difficult to communicate as she couldn't speak English. However, her smile and the food she made for us were much more appreciable. So welcoming host ☺️

They can do customer service training for others. Great place to stay. I'll miss the morning chats with Levan, the kindness and care of Kathuna and all the staff. They're always ready to help you. The location of the hotel is great, close to the metro station. Getting to Liberty Squere is about 15 min. Breakfasts are delicious and nutritious. The room was clean and neat. You can always ask for cleaning.

Peaceful hotel in a quiet location with only a short walk to Isani Metro. Friendly family owners. Clean and comfortable. Decorated with many nice paintings. I like the inner courtyard garden where you can sit. Also, an adorable affectionate sweet cat!

The property feels like home. The lady was very sweet and accommodating and she checked us in as early as 8AM when we arrived early in the morning. Plus they have a very cute koshka 😻 Highly recommended. Good place and value for money.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The owners are easy to contact. They speak different languages, care very much about the good image of their hotel and are willing to help with your queries. We also rented a car and driver from them for the day and drove to neighbouring towns. The driver is not a guide, but he will tell you something about the local sights and we communicated with him in Russian. The hotel has everything you need, you just need to ask the owners for example a washing machine, a hairdryer or an iron. You might have to pay for the laundry. The hotel has breakfast, quite simple but tasty and homemade. The hotel is a bit far from the centre, but taxis are very cheap in Tbilisi, we ordered via mobile app and had no problems. We usually went back to the room quite late, at one or two in the morning. The entrance, of course, was closed because it's not a classic hotel, but the owner always opened the door for us and we had no problems. Overall the hotel left a very pleasant impression. A great combination of Georgian hospitality and some European boutique quality service and rooms.

Coffee at the breakfast should be improved, will be good to have a filter coffee. Some fruits should be included in the breakfast.

Very responsive staff and willing to serve you at their best. Rooms were neat and clean. Very comfortable beds and feel like staying at home. Overall environment is perfect and indeed will stay again if I get a chance to come back in Tbilisi.
