Everything you need for a short term stay! We had a great time. The check-in and check-out is very comfortable and easy. AC works great. Comfortable and clean. But if youre planning on staying for longer, keep in mind that there's no washing machine

The room fit the description, it is light and clean. The hosts are punctual and friendliness. Comfortable bed, nice balcony, very handy chair and table, so I can work a little with my laptop. Everything is made with love. Location is just perfect for us. Is not the first time we have stayed here. A little bit more expensive than the average price in the city, but it is worth it. Thank you! 10/10 stars. 🌟

We stayed here for 5 nights. We had a hard time searching for the place at first because the driver dropped us at the highway side. Good thing, there's like an alleyway going up to the other side of the area and we were able to find the apartment as soon as we found the SPAR convenience store. If you will be going here, the easiest point for bolt will be the American Hospital Tbilisi as it is only steps away from the apartment. Everything is clean, there is also a kitchen. We were able to cook breakfast everyday. The convenience store is just downstairs so no need to worry if you get hungry. We had a very comfortable stay. It's value for money. It is also walking distance to the center where you could find many restaurants, massage places, and money changers that are open for 24 hours. The owner also replies very fast if you have questions. I will surely recommend this place to my friends if they visit Georgia.

Bathroom amenities (shampoo & body wash only, no conditioner) were low quality. Note you have to pay with a Georgian card or in cash, which requires more effort than paying online, obviously. The neighborhood and building felt very safe, but I was surprised to see the door to the hotel apartment was unlocked at all times.

Great location especially for walking around and exploring, about 6 minutes walk to the bus station. Very comfortable space, fast and friendly communication from the owners. Wonderful restaurant right down the road, Asi Khinkali!

Clean and quiet apt. Quality of sleep was great. Supermarket at the ground floor. Balcony, shower, towels, smart TV, A/C, elevator - all these details are appreciated. I won't waste time looking for another place in Tbilisi for my next stay.

The perfect place to stay in Tbilisi! Excellent location near the Marjanishvili metro station, close to the city centre. The hotel is located in a building with a new lift. The room is very clean and very comfortable, with its own bathroom! It reminded me of a french hotel room with a small balcony. The owner of the hotel is such a polite and interesting person, I'm glad that we had a small talk. I definitely recommend you this place!

First, I was thinking that I've booked an apartment. But actually, I found very nice spacious and well equipped "hotel room" with a balcony. The building itself is pretty new. Larger space on 5th floor was divided into three hotel-type rooms with a shared kitchen. What a brilliant idea. I believe that very few of us are actually cooking in real, apart of breakfast. for dining there are enough variety of different restaurants on area. For example, Mai Thai 5 in a short walking distance among many others on Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave. So, why to "pay" for the kitchen which is practically used for boiling water for a tea or coffee? Our room was nice and spacious, with a large private bathroom. Mini fridge and TV. Very comfortable bed and nice beddings. Pictures are showing well how the room is.

The facility has 3 studio apartments with common chicken and the apartments are rented separately which may be uncomfortable if you are staying with your family in one or two studios. Preferably for a family all 3 rooms should be rented.

Location is good. The apartment is comfortable with all the accessories including kitchen. Spar market is in the same building on ground floor. Marjanishvili food street is about 0.8 km. The owner is quite good.

The view from the balcony was super amazing! And it's right across American Hospital Tbilisi. You can walk 7 minutes to the street filled with Halal Turkish and Indian restaurants. You can also take bus to Freedom square which takes 10 minutes and 1 Lari.
