Great location and very friendly host Saza. Our room was clean and comfortable. There’re air conditioners in the room and in the kitchen. The price is also good. We also used the transfer option and first they met me, and then in a couple of hours went again to the airport to meet my mum.

We had to make our own bed. The clean sheets were on the bed and then it was our job to make our bed.

It was very close to the downtown. The main room had Airco what made the whole place nice and cool.

There’s sometimes a bad smell coming from the shower drain.

Close proximity to the city centre and good restaurants. It’s a short ride from the Citybus stop in Kutaisi. It’s located in quiet area. Good value for money.

There was a bit problem with the communication in English, but the owner is so kind that it is not a problem at all. He was always asking if we need something, always willing to help.

The owner of the accomodation and his family are so kind and hospitable. As they are mentioning in their offer, they picked us up from the airport. We had a very pleasant stay. The accomodation is very close to the city centre and from there is very easy to walk. The surroundigs are safe even at night.

It can be better if the owner pay attention to details to give better service. Like add a single on the door to find the entrance. In general it is a good opption for a short stay to discover the city.

The location of the guesthouse is very good, near the bus station and 5 min to the center of the old town but in a calm area. The owner is kind speaks a bit English and always available. The room is good, simple and clean. Good value for money.

The rooms could be a little cleaner, but the common rooms(kitchen and bathroom) are exceptionally clean.

The guesthouse is located only 10 minutes away from the city centre, where almost all the attractions located. The owners are really nice, helpful and friendly. It costs almost nothing compared to other accommodations near the centre.

I would say the place did not have any negatives. Maybe it could use a logo of sorts or a better indicator that this is a guesthouse but the address is clearly written on the building wall and upon agreement the host will be waiting for you to wave and let you in, get you settled.

The owner is extremely friendly, he even gave us a bottle of traditional Georgian dry wine - rkatsiteli. He welcomed us late at night because of our flight and and we got explanations for travel and what to do. The place is in a great location, not too far from the bustling center of Kutaisi and not crazy far from the bus station which you can reach with a local marshrutka #1. The room we had was comfortable and the bed was soft = great for sleep! We had a room with a private bathroom, which was very convenient. Tap water is clean, you can make tea/coffee there. Microwave oven and a regular stove are present should you need to cook something.
