Took my reservation then cancelled it. Moved me to another location. It all worked out great but a bit stressful not understanding if you have a room or not. If you take a reservation you should know you have space. This has happened several times to me in tblisi! Just because you reserve and it is confirmed doesn't mean you have a room. 🙂

Rooms not sound proof so can hear if people talking in hallways and court yard (my room with window to courtyard) and entering/exiting their rooms. Lucky I can sleep through anything!!! No safe in room.

The room was spacious and bed comfortable and also had a great shower with plenty of hot water. Security door with code to enter into hotel so felt secure. Nice, peaceful courtyard away from the main road looking up to the mountain with good shade from trees. Convenient location and easy to walk everywhere and 5 minutes from Freedom Square or 10 mins walk to Peace Bridge (downhill thank goodness)! Loads of cafes, bars and restaurants with convenience stores close by. Kind and helpful reception who arranged for my pick up from airport and Always available on WhatsApp . Great wifi. Excellent value for a short stay.

The communication with the place was very good, they helped me with my car (parking) and with the late check in. The were very helpful and worried about my needs.

The only reason why I am giving 7/10 and not 10/10 is because of the pillows. They were very uncomfortable and my neck hurt every morning.

I am glad that we chose this hotel, because it was in a good location very close to the centre. The driver who transferred us from the airport was very nice and even tho we came too early before check-in, we were driven to another hotel where we could sleep till we could check-in at Book hotel!

Everything was okay.

Good location, clean room and friendly host. There are a lot of good coffee shops nearby. We arrived earlier than expected to the hotel and our host was super nice and let us leave our luggage.

Less than 8h before checkin time, someone from the hotel messaged me on Whatsapp and told me that I cannot stay there, without mentioning any reason. They offered several other hotels. I went with the one that was closest to the first location. The second hotel was cheaper on Booking than the first one, so I expect to pay the price of the second one. I asked the staff 3 times to cancel my reservation for the first one, so I can book the second one with the cheaper rate. I was supposed to arrive at 3 am at the hotel, and was already on my way to the airport when the staff contacted me. So I didn't have the time to look for another accomodation. Since they didn't respond to my request, I contacted Booking Support to help. In the end they canceled my first hotel. But it was too late to book the second hotel, since I was in the airplane when the cancelation happened. I arrived at the hotel at 3am. When it was time to pay, the next day, they wanted the price for the first hotel. Since I didn't stay there, I explained to them that I will only pay the price for the second hotel. Then the hotel staff threatened me and tried to intimidate me, saying that they will come to the hotel in person and make me pay the whole price. I think this is a scam, trying to extort people of their money. Better avoid this hotel, and the 4 Seasons hotel.

It was a bit cold in the room (it was rainy cold weather during my stay) but blanket was thick enough to sleep in comfort.

Very good location, close to Liberty Square. Bery easy to walk to the important sights. Has its own parking in a courtyard. It was very clean and the staff nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff not friendly. They were sneaky and changed my booking which made me lose rewards. Did not correct despite contacting them multiple times.
