The location is excellent, close to the city center and everything around it. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and the neighborhood was pretty calm.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great part of Tbilisi in a quiet street where you hear birds. It's kind of hidden up a one way street. The owner Mamuka is incredibly friendly and helpful. I only booked one night as I was leaving early to Yerevan the next day. I booked a budget cheap room but they upgraded me to a lovely room. It's a really lovely little place and I highly recommend it. Hidden. But walk across the bridge and you are in the old town and You are very close to the friendship bridge and the great park there. It's a lovely hotel and Mamuka is wonderful.

It was a bit cold but you can turn on AC, it worked for me.

The stuff is friendly and nice. Rooms are clean and the location is very convenient. Its quiet outside and you can sleep well. My previous stay was in a noisy location and so when I changed the hotel for this one it was much better because it wasn’t on a lively street where you can hear the music. I had a good sleep there. Also thank you for upgrading my room for free, it was very nice!

All was great

This place is just exceptionally great for a family stay! 1. The location is great - perfect walking distance to the Old Tbilisi, Rike Park, and the city center, but at the same time in a quiet, calm street. You hear birds singing every morning and have pine trees around. 2. The rooms and facilities are all clean and pleasant to use. We also had access to the kitchen and used it to cook homemade things when needed, so all kitchen stuff is available. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are warm. 3. The ladies working in the hotel are exceptionally pleasant and hospitable. They helped us with any questions, were very kind and even helped to look after our luggage and call taxi for my mom who was leaving late with no phone connection. I would 100% recommend this place and return there when I am in Tbilisi

This Hotel where I stayed turned out to be a good choice for my holiday. The service was excellent - the staff were very attentive and friendly, special thanks for Katy and Nana, they have maid my stay more comfortable and I felt like at home. The room was spacious, clean and cozy, with comfortable bed. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel and hope to return again in the future.

The small hotel is situated in a superb location in the heart of Tbilisi, 20 minutes by walk to the Bridge of peace, Sulfur baths and the starting point to Narikala. The hotel is comfortable, it has a big kitchen if you are with kids or want to prepare your own food. Staff was very nice and helpful, they can help you arrange some tours if you are interested. Highly recommend.

Even though the bathroom fan didn't work, it didn't bother us much. The room had everything we needed, and the balcony made our stay even better. We were happy overall, despite the fan issue.

We had a fantastic experience at Bliss Hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were able to enjoy peaceful nights of rest without any noise disturbances. Opting to stay at Bliss Hotel instead of the busy main area was a smart choice - the city square seemed quite loud in comparison. The convenient walking distance to the square made exploring the city a breeze. Overall, we are delighted with the excellent location and would highly recommend Bliss Hotel for a tranquil and convenient stay.

No supermarket near the hotel. it's about 10 mins walk.

In fact, the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to the city center and also to Arab Street, and the quietness while sleeping compared to the price was very acceptable. Also, the service and reception staff (Mananka&Maria) are extremely cooperative. It will be my go-to place on future trips. I advise you!

Wonderful place. Very close to the center. everything can be done on foot. Service at the highest level. Rooms are cleaned every day. everything is great. If I come to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay here. Thank you 🫶🏻

The bathrooms need a little maintenance. The bidet nozzle got me all wet :D There are no elevators, could be an issue if you come with a lot of baggage, but it was not a problem for me.

The location is very accessible, the bus stop for the airport bus is close by (5 mins walk), so it was easy to arrive at the hotel without any transfers. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff work tirelessly and were very polite at all times. It is a rather small hotel and there are only 3 rooms at each floor, so it was very quiet during the night.

Although the stay was good but the rooms must be cleaned well as there were dust under the bed must of the time and the floor itself must be cleaned in a better was by maybe taking more time to clean by vacuum cleaner. Bathroom is good but Toilet can be improved and bidets in our room was very close to your legs were you cannot sit comfortably or use it comfortably.

The best part of our stay was the hospitality,both Nino and Mamuca they were both Amazing, daily housekeeping and there was the lounge in the basement floor where you can relax, heat food and even clean your clothes, Also, it was so close to lots of nice locations like the bridge of peace.
