It’s very cozy, comfy , clean and it’s in great location. My 2 kids loved it so much, the room is really big and the tv has an internet so we were able to watch different channels, plus the location is very near to many restaurants, attractions, and Sulfur bath. Highly recommended . Many thanks to Mrs . Irina for taking care of us and making our stay really enjoyable ❤️

Nothing to complain about.

One of the best parts of the hotel was that it gives you the feel of an old world building but has all the modern comfort facilities. Irina has been a gracious host and she and her staff have been available round the clock for any assistance that we may need. Plus the location is fantastic since you have the option of staying in probably the best location in old Tbilisi. Lots of good breakfast and meal joints plus Marjanishivli station is at a walking distance which helps commuting to other parts of Tbilisi very easy!

The shower head in the bathroom had a problem where it was spraying in all directions, however I took a video of this and sent to Nick at reception who had it repaired that same morning. Thanks Nick 🙂

Really exceptionally clean, comfortable and modern premises. Staff extremely helpful, special mention to Nick at reception who helped me to recover my wallet which I'd left in a taxi late at night, as well as helping me with basic things like finding a good barber, great night-life and doing my laundry. Irina the owner is also a lovely person. Located very close by are many fantastic restaurants such as Unfound Door and Ninia's Garden, also the Wine Gallery which is the most beautiful liquor store I've ever seen. The old town and public baths are just a pleasant walk away

Nothing noticeable. They are doing a good job in maintaining it well. We didn't see any hiccups in any aspect during our stay.

We stayed in Deluxe Double room. - All available items in the room work smooth (TV, AC, charging points, water heater, stove, shower, hair dryer, lights, fridge etc). - Clean & noise free room, clean towels & bed, spacious room. - Good service & polite staffs. Room is cleaned based on our request & convenience. - Though no lift service available, staffs helped with the luggage from upper floors during both check-in & check-out, so we didn't see any inconvenience. - Prime & safe location covering all essential items in walkable distance - Restaurants, ATMs, Super markets, Currency Exchanges, SIM card stores etc. The owner Irina is very friendly & helpful and supported us for early check-in and helped us both before and during our stay and also provided us with a choice of the floor. Such attitude of keeping customer comfort first, deserves a good rating.

There is no elevator in the building, but since my room was on the first floor, this wasn't an issue for me. I suggest improving the quality of the toothbrush and hand wash soap. Additionally, providing a tissue box in the room and an intercom or telephone to call reception would enhance the guest experience. These are just suggestions for improvement. Overall, the hotel staff, Irina and her team, made my stay very comfortable.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with everything you need just a 2-3 minute walk away. Marjanishvili metro station is close by. If you're looking for affordable data connectivity, look for the Magti office in front of the hotel. For better currency exchange rates, check out the shops near the metro station. Irina and her team were super friendly and made my stay very comfortable. Irina deserves a perfect 10 score. I am looking forward to staying here on my next visit again.

The owner is a lovely person and she upgraded our room to a bigger one. She offered help several times. She even offered us late checkout on our last day. The room was spectacular, all new and very clean. We were comfortable and had anything we needed. We would love to stay there again at our next visit in Tbilisi!

The bathroom is a wet room but it would be great if there was a curtain or a door on the shower. This is an incredibly minor thing. Apart from that it was fabulous

We like the excellent staff and a very helpful owner. Nice comfortable room with everything we needed, being given an upgrade was also a wonderful gesture. The location being close to the metro and the railway station was great. Also lots of good restaurants nearby and not too far from the old town by metro. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It was also great being able to cook our own food.

Hotel has no breakfast but there are many coffee shops, bakeries and restaurant to choose from that will surely add to your food experience. What you see in the photos is the reality. Comfortable place and pleasant environment. The location is really nice due to the close proximity for food and experience. Minimart is also beside it incase you ran out of water! currency exchange also near! I generally enjoyed my stay there. Flexible check-in if you are arriving early, the owner was kind enough to help us with the room arrangement! They provide you many things to ensure you have a comfortable stay. It is also relatively safe in the area.

Best place to stay in Tbilisi! Perfect location - right in the center of town on one of the best streets, but the rooms are at the back of the building and very quiet and peaceful. Nice high ceilings, comfortable beds, etc. Service was excellent, including daily cleanings. Definitely staying here whenever I’m in Tbilisi!

Staff were super accommodating and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic -- many shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect. If we return to Georgia, we will definitely come back!
