For the price I paid for one night in central London - I was expecting a fair experience, but from the minute I walked through the impressive entrance, was met with a friendly welcome and then smoothly checked into my good size room! The whole experience was a very positive one, the amenities were impressive and the room ideal for what I needed. Would recommend to a friend for sure.

The bed however was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and squeaked with every slight movement.

Wasn’t keen on the bathroom as it was frosted glass, felt a bit exposed in the shower. Was ok as I was with my husband but if I’d been sharing with a friend I would have felt uncomfortable as the naked body was visible.

Great location, staff were helpful and friendly. Room was basic but met our needs and more importantly was clean with lovely fresh towels on both days of our stay.

London is expensive, of course, but it still felt a bit steep for a room without a window! That's the only reason it's not 9 or 10 for me, though.

It's comfortable, quiet (inner rooms) and fine for a one-night stay. Good shower, too!

It's more just to share so that people's expectations are managed. The rooms are small...I knew that when I booked, I was okay with it but I heard others commenting. But everything was immaculate and I was pleased!

Everything was very tidy, amenities available in the room. The location was fantastic, would definitely stay again if still travelling solo, maybe even one other person. It was perfect for my needs on this trip.

I recommend adding a towel dryer to the room. There is a place for it on the wall or on the door.

Breakfast was delicious. The hotel location is convenient, everything is nearby, but not noisy.

I had a long journey to London due to heavy rain flooding train line. I was misdirected to room on arrival and given a room number which didn’t exist. I suppose that was quite funny but because my journey had taken hours longer than it should have, I was really tired and it didn’t seem funny at the time as I was all over, trying to search for non-existent room and had to go back to reception eventually.

I liked that I felt comfortable sitting at bar area to have a drink. Relaxed atmosphere.

The rooms were very compact with the shower room shoe horned in It was clean and serviced daily but getting in and out of bed wasn’t too easy with the glass shower cover half the bed length and tight up against it

The room for 2 people were very small. The bathroom is not closed off properly with a full wall so you don't get the right amount of privacy when it comes to noise using the toilet. There is a small area under the bed for storage but not much room overall.

The location is great. Staff are dedicated to cleaning your room. Very nice staff overall. Complimentary hot drinks and unlimited water. Very secure. Elevator was next to our room so easy to leave and enter the hotel. Great a/c. Lovely smells.
