The room was too hot and the AC would only stay on for an hour or so. We had a bad nights sleep before a long day of travel.

Not a dislike, just for awareness. It's a lot of stairs to climb.

Gorgeous apartment with large rooms and high ceilings. Beautiful views out the back windows and very close to the tram for ease of moving around the city. Princes street only a short walk also. It was spotless when we arrived and reception obliged us by letting us know as soon the apartment was ready so we could check in early. This was extremely helpful as we were under some time pressure and that day.

The third bedroom can be accessed from the main public hall/staircase, but for practical purposes it is best to access through one of the other bedrooms.

The property was clean and had easy access to the train station and tram. Check-in was easy and seamless. There was also a great view of the sunset from the living/kitchen area.

It was hard to figure out how to keep the heat off. The thermostat was set to 21 and we would try to turn it down to 18, but it seemed to always revert back to 21.

Very spacious apartment. Had everything we needed. Well taken care of. Nice view of the Forth (which I wasn't expecting). Location was excellent (less than 10 minute walk from Waverley Station, Scott monument). Tram and bus stops are also close, but we were mostly able to walk everywhere.

The front 2 bedrooms were very noisy. There is no double glazing, so yu can hear conversations and noise from the street well in to the night. The tram line also passes by the front of the building, so there is noise all through the night and from 5am in the morning. Did not sleep well on the first night. However, with earplugs managed to sleep well the rest of the stay. If you are a light sleeper, you will need earplugs to sleep.

Huge apartment with great views to the sea. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect e.g. iron, dishwasher etc. Really great location, with St James Place shopping centre just across the street for anything you could possible need.

The only thing that would have been better was if we could have stayed a few more days

The location of the apartment was excellent! We were near many of the areas we wanted to see, and only a couple blocks from the bus and tram stops. Furnishings were great, and there was plenty of room for all to have some space to themselves if they wanted. The guest information about the neighborhood, places to see, restaurants, pubs, and shopping.

Might suggest to the hosts to have fans available in bedrooms for those used to sleeping with fan noise (to make experience even better!)

Very SPACIOUS, nice, and clean flat - large hall, rooms, living room, kitchen. 2 nice bathrooms was convenient. Everything we needed was there. Baggage drop provided, but we didn't need it because they had our flat ready for us to get in early. Very friendly hosts. Location is good in new town, and short walk to Scott monument and Waverly. Guildford Arms is nearby and one of our favorite pubs. Loved the large living room/dining/kitchen area for hanging out with our large group in the evenings and mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel apartment is very spacious, clean and complete with all the household items that you’ll need. It is in a very good location, a very short walk to the Edinburgh Waverly station and downtown area. The check in and check out process was very easy. The staff is easily accessible to contact for questions. We really enjoyed our stay with Destination Edinburgh.

It would be nice if the property had a lift it is very difficult to lug heavy suitcases up all those stairs.

The space was very clean and well appointed. There were plenty of towels and consumable things like dishwasher detergent, coffee, tea. The location was excellent. The rooms are amazing and the attention to keeping the heritage part of the building was appreciated.

The beds are a bit short. If you are slightly taller (like me, 185 cm), your feet may not stay in the bed. The pictures we saw on booking.com are from the total complex, but do not clearly indicate the individual apartments.

The apartment is located at a premium location, just outside the old town center (tourist hotspot). Everything we went to was well within walking distance so that works out great. The people from Destination Edinburgh are very responsive during and after the booking process and always friendly and helpful.

You are directly next to the train line and main road which can get noisy so bring ear plugs. There weren’t enough pillows put out so make a request, I am sure that if you need more than 1 per person, this can be accommodated though.

A well located apartment near to the hub of everything in the centre. 3 bathrooms/ en-suites and a lovely lounge and kitchen area with space to accommodate our party.

We got into trouble for putting the bins out (cardboard in the cardboard bin). Maybe some info for future guests would be helpful as we were just trying to keep the aprtment tidy (and not leave rubbish for anyone to clean up) but the gentleman was obviously quite harassed at us which added a bit of a sour note.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and located fabulously.

Both bedrooms noisy, as you would expect in a city with no double glazing. Back bedroom has a boiler in it which switches on and off.
