A little warm in the room but I slept well enough for under £20 near Central London!

The shower drain had no filter and was pretty much blocked. Therefore, every shower flooded half of the bathroom.

There is no aircon in the rooms. We were 6 people in the room, and we had to open the window. However, it was very noisy outside.

I would have liked to have access to communal bathrooms and toilets. There is one shower and toilet per room, so it would be handy to have the option of a communal one. That said, this might be available, I didn't think to ask.

The location is excellent, especially if you need to travel outside of London by train as you are within eyesight of the two major London train stations. There's also plenty of communal space in the lounge and café to chill out in. Having the 24 hour reception desk available is helpful if you're coming or going at weird hours. Ultimately it's a hostel, and it delivers on what a hostel provides.

My room (104) was specially hot and no big ventilation windows there. Otherwise everything all right

The location is amazing and the place itself is reaaaally nice! With a nice cafeteria on the first floor. Breakfast was ok as well and pretty easy to move from there from the King's Cross Station

The shower in the room I was in didn’t drain properly and leaked through the gaps in the tiles into the bedroom. I reported this when I checked out and they said they would check it out and get it fixed. The only other issue was that the rooms are quite hot and stuffy, my room had the window open the first night of my stay but it was far too loud with sirens and traffic outside so we kept it shut the second night.

Great Location close to the train station and tube. I was a single female traveller and felt it was a lovely place to be and the people were very friendly. I will be back again in the future when travelling alone. Being able to access the cafe 24/7 was very helpful with early starts in the mornings.

Beds were really creaky and woke us up frequently, only one pillow too. Small bathroom for a larger lady was very unsettling, fortunately there was another bathroom a few doors down that was lots better.

We have stayed here twice and liked it both times. Easy check in/out. Nice and clean. This time we had our own room and really liked the privacy, and access to bathrooms.
